Top place to stay in Bergen op Zoom.

Centrally located, lovely staff, very clean and an excellent breakfast.

The bathroom fittings are a bit tired.

The Carnival was on so very noisy. I specifically wanted secure parking but that was unavailable and I was not informed.

Fantastic location, beautiful town. Historic hotel.

Great location, building was steeped in history and tradition. Breakfast was excellent.

Bed wasn't the most comfortable, shower room needed refurbishment. There is a lift but because of the staggered hallways and stairs throughout the hotel you inevitably end up draggin luggage up or down stairs, maybe only a few but it is a pain.

Nice but too expensive for dogs

Nice staff and nice building

Rooms are not properly soundproofed, we could hear a couple near by ‘at it’ for way too long. Price for dogs is way too much 22.50EUR PER dog per night. If I have 1 or 2 dogs, should be flat price. 15EUR for pets per night would be reasonable.

Excellent

I had a wonderful time...what can I say... the staff was so sweet adorable wonderful...the room was outstanding ..extremely clean...super bed. Draak hotel is very historic and stunning, that alone is reason to go to Bergen op Zoom...a hidden historic gem of a town...oh and you ought to make reservation at their fab restaurant....I had a fantastic vegetarian meal.

Crazy geography within the hotel.

Hotel is right on the square and looks very smart.

Room was miles away down 2 corridors and up 2 lifts in another building with no view.

Rooms clean, modern and hotel has excellent location to the town square . Receptionist friendly and helpful.Plenty of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

No onsite parking. Can be a problem looking for public parking during weekend and holiday seasons . Maybe an extra coffee and sugar in the room?

Great location. Good secure parking location behind a sister hotel across the square for our motorbikes. Good buffet breakfast.

My room on the top of the sister hotel in the attic kind of location was very warm at night and the A/C only went down to 17 degrees. Comfy otherwise.

We had a short stay in Zeeland and a great time!

Hotel right in the city centre. Large and well-equipped room in an historical building. Extensive breakfast with plenty of variation. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Pleasantly surprised with several historic town and shopping, although our primary focus was on hiking in Zeeland.

A bit more choice of fresh fruit and bread at breakfast would have been great. As it is an older building noise insulation is not the greatest. Parking in this town is very expensive.

Location is excellent

The type of Room booked and offered during visit was at variance as non-air conditioned room was offered on check-in at the near by property stating they don't have the type of Room booked by me. When the staff was confronted persistently, they said only one Room is available and had to accept that. This is not an acceptable professional behaviour.

Gorgeous historic spacious bedroom with big windows overlooking the town square. Lots of beautiful features such as a marble fireplace! Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

Nice hotel, great location, in the center, everything is close. And even the beach is 5 min far with car! Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops near by!

You can hear people on the outside at night, but that is OK because you are basically on the square of the city! Expecting quiet would be strange!
