The hotel suited our purpose .

Our room and bathroom were very good. We did not have breakfast so I cannot comment .

We were very surprised when we arrived as the hotel has changed a great deal since we last stayed there. They are having a lot of building work done, I am sure it will be great when it is finished but at the moment is is a bit of a mess. (this is to be expected)

Nice hotel for a quick business related visit to the Braschaat area.

Spaceaous and clean hotelroom. Very very extensive breakfast. Lot of chargers for electric vehicles, fast and regular chargers.

The hotel was under construction. The restaurant was relatively small for the amount of guest, quite noisy. (I guess it is being expanded). The hotel is next to a busy road.

Fabulous little relaxation getaway

Fabulous spa like bathroom with a sauna that is the real deal. Super comfortable bed too

Not what is advertised.

The breakfast is good.

We made a booking indicating that we had two small children. They were unable to offer us what we had booked. Two connecting rooms. They were even unable to offer us rooms next to each other. So they expect that a family with small children ( both under 5 ) be able to leave them without any sort of supervision or connection into the parents room. They have two different buildings. They tell you when you check in, that the main building is the new and more comfortable one, and ask if you want to upgrade for a ‘small fee’.

Worst night of my life

The location

The bed was the worst bed i’ve ever slept in. To be honest, i did not sleep at all. I had 3 nights booked, in a suite, but 5am after the first night i just left. It was simply impossible to sleep, matress was deforming due to weight difference between me and my partner, all night i was sliding at that side. Moreover, it was placed at the attic side, so all the heat was in the upper part of the room. For the price paid i would have expected a bed where one can have a proper sleep. I hope this comment will be taken into account, literally and some specific measures taken as well.

Good

We stayed in the Vanderbilt which was nice. They did not put us in the Formula One next door. they did not put us in the Alexys next door. They let us stay in the hotel which we did book, but if you get there, they sometimes put you in another hotel about 500 yards away, which is exactly the same as a Formula One and they tried to pass it off as the band the ball.

When we got to the property we went to the van the vault hotel, then they told us to go 500 yards to some Alexys which was just the same as a Formula One very very very bass really basic. They did not tell you this when you book it, when you book the van, the Velcro tell you are not staying in the Vanderbilt hotel they ask you for more money to stay there there’s no air-conditioning or nothing in this alex Not good value for money at all.

The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Whenever we turned the water on to shower, there was a sharp smell coming from the pipes. it was so uncomfortable that it felt as if the water smelt, too. The heater in our room also wasn’t working properly, but the staff were kind enough to bring us a large portable heater that kept us warm all night

we had firealarm 6 am .. no one fault .. but the gard on duty let us stand outside -6C for 45 min without telling - informing us nor he called firebrigade or anyone to help … also when the alarm stopped he never informed it was safe to go back to the room … before that a 1 .. dissaster
