Der Blick vom Esstisch auf die Bucht von Fort Williams mit den Bergen im Hintergrund ist wirklich einzigartig, auch der meist in den Wolken liegende Ben Nevis ließ sich ab und zu sehen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr warmherzig und hilfsbereit. In der Küche stand schon alles für den Afternoon-Tea bereit, so dass wir uns gleich willkommen fühlten. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Corpach ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Highlands.

Prachtig gelegen accomodatie, een annex bij het huis van de eigenaren. Heel veel ruimte, grote keuken. Prachtig uitzicht op de Ben Nevis. Perfect als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te bezoeken. Vlakbij is het Caledonian Canal met 8 sluizen, leuk om te bekijken.

The annex was in excellent condition with everything you would need for your stay with stunning views of Nevis and the mountain range. It's excellently placed to visit many different places and Helen was an exceptional host. Helen gave us a sweet taste of the Highlands with a welcome hamper which was delicious. The living room/dining room is adorned with crosstitched maps and ordinance maps which I always kept looking at. There was a folder left with everything handy for your stay with recommendations of food, places to visit and much more.
The bed although comfy was very creaky which for a light sleeper could get annoying. But we were there to relax and lie in so it wasn't a major problem. Just to note as well which didn't bother us at all is that the annex sits alongside and underneath the main residence meaning when Helen and Paul have their grandkids over there will be some noise, but not overly loud and Helen told us ahead of time which when your out and about, you'll barely recognise.
