The Kitchen and dining-room were huge and very functional for our group of 4 but would be great for a larger group. The views from the dining-room out of the water was serene and from the living-room upstairs. The location was key to seeing many sights. You will need to get your groceries before you get on the Island or go into to Portree (we found 2 Co-ops larger one and smaller one) to pick them up after you arrive.
The beds were much stiffer than my personal comfort but the others in the group didn't mind them.

Nikki is a wonderful host and MacKenzies Peak is the most beautiful house. Great location, 3 very comfortable bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. Great kitchen with everything you need. Off road parking too…Highly recommended!

Excellent communication prior to the stay combined with exact directions for driving. Nicki was very easy to deal with on arrival times and left the light on for us. House was exactly as described both in cleanliness and furnishings. Kitchen was large and new appliances, the washer and dryer were very helpful as this was half way through our trip. Location was perfect, ferry to Raasay was literally across the street. Easy access to the rest of Skye.

Lovely spacious home with a great view. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Mrs. Nicholson is an outstanding host!
