Skye Bay

Fabulous location overlooking Skye Bay! it's an easy walk down the hill to town (but is is a hill) with a small Co-op grocery store just at the bottom for essentials. The large Co-op grocery is about a 15 min easy walk so you'll have plenty of grocery choices. The kitchen is well equipped so it's easy to prepare meals, and the outdoor deck / table is a delight on sunny days.

Clean, gorgeous, stocked with all we needed

I just needed to get used to how the doors lock!

Einige Betten waren bereits etwas durchgelegen.

The property was amazing BUT they did not send code for lock box till the day after our arrival. No answer to any of the phone calls or emails or texts. Our grandson was able to get in to unlock the house but hurt himself in the process. The smoke alarm battery went out and we had 3 sleepless nights. Again no answer to requests to fix it. Eventually had to buy replacement batteries and a screwdriver to fix it. The immersion switch for the shower in the twin room downstairs had a loose connection. Didn’t work until we jimmied it. Mattress of the twin nearest door had bulging springs. Had to lay down a layer of coats to be able to sleep. We picked this property because of it’s fabulous location near my cousin at 16 Kitson Crescent but she and the neighbor Gavin was shocked at inability to contact ANYONE regarding keys or problems.
