Gorgeous cottage with breath taking views in an ideal location.

The view from each room is breath taking! A really special place. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, a home away from home. Perfectly located within easy reach of Portree, but far enough for quiet and relaxation.

It was quite expensive, but justifiably given the view, luxury and demand for accommodation in the area.

A wonderful place for a family vacation.

The place has three comfortable bedrooms, nice areas for everybody to sit together (the kitchen, living room, eating place next to the kitchen, and a nice attic), and a fully equipped kitchen. The view of the ocean from the kitchen and living room is magnificent. We spent 5 nights in the cottage and would have loved to stay longer.

exceptionally well equipped , located and better than a picture perfect card. one could see the love which owners had put in everything. four of us spent an hour looking for a fault but could not find . I wish i would have owned it and retired in it .

A perfect gem on the Isle of Skye

This home was built with lots of love—you can just see it everywhere you look—and you can see the attention to detail that went into it. The entire place was sparkling clean, with the most stunning local artwork on the walls, nautical touches throughout, and every convenience you can imagine. We felt so cozy and comfortable and were amazed by all the little extras that weren’t listed in the description—like towel warmers in the bathrooms, movies on the TV, an ice maker on the refrigerator, and more. The views of the sunsets over the water were breathtaking. I am very picky about where I stay, and usually I can find something I dislike, but we honestly loved everything about this home and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Lovely stay on beautiful Isle of Skye

Fab location, close to portree, lovely house with fab view over water, very comfortable and had everything needed for a short family holiday. Lovely decor, log fire and toiletries.

Was quite pricey, hot water ran out quickly and took a very long time to reheat (not great when trying to bath/shower 4 kids after a cold swim). Could do with mirror in bedroom for doing hair and makeup but it's not essential :) Directions to property said to turn at a phone box which was a bus stop not a phone box so took a while driving round trying to find it
