Very lovely and large apartment on the edge of Skye

The property was very lovely and quite large. We enjoyed a downstairs area with kitchen and living along with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. Josephine was very kind and checked in with us. The property offers suggestions for shopping, dinning, and visiting. It was very easy to travel to the main sites on Skye while enjoying the less crowded and quiet area of Croft4.

Isle of Skye is amazing

Property was great. Lots of space and everything you need. Easy checkin and checkout process.

Rooms were a bit warm. Property was slightly away from the northernmost places. But the drive was fun

We didn't know the ceiling windows in the upstairs bedrooms opened. It was upper 80's and HOT upstairs.

Amazing

had a wonderful stay at this flat during my holidays. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully refurbished, and incredibly spacious yet cozy. It had a fresh, modern design with thoughtful touches throughout. The flat was fully equipped with everything we needed — a washing machine, dishwasher, and even a clothes dryer. It was also stocked with some useful essentials like coffee, tea, oil, salt, dishwasher tablets, and even a bottle of whiskey, which was such a nice touch. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene was impressive: the TV remote was sealed in a disinfected envelope, and there’s a no-shoes policy in the house, which keeps the floors spotless. The sofas were covered with fresh sheets and plaids, making the space feel both clean and welcoming. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, and there’s a lovely outdoor table right in front of the house — perfect for enjoying meals outside. A supermarket is just a five-minute drive away, making it very convenient. And lastly, the island itself is absolutely amazing — a perfect destination to unwind and explore(see Neist point, 1.5hr away, or Portree, 40 min away. Or the Old Man Store, 1hr away) Highly recommended!

Nice stay on Skye

This apartment offered us a lot of space. The kids loved it. It is well decorated and provides Highland soap, which I like! It was very clean and quiet even though located right by a main road. Cooking equipment was provided, which made things easy when it proved impossible to find a restaurant. We saw the host about 2 minutes and she kindly gave us info.

The apartment is almost an hour drive from the attractions we wanted to see, so we spent too much time on the road. When we left, we had to remove all linens from the beds and pack all used towels ourselves. I didn't like this part, because it took me right out of my hard earned holidays, especially considering the high price we paid for those two nights.

perfect little retreat. absolutely beautiful inside with lots of lovely little touches. The hosts obviously thought through what guests would like. the beds were so comfortable with lovely bed linen. the whole place was really clean and fresh and facilities very good. The added bonus was it was within easy walk to a few restaurants. The hosts also provide lots of useful information about the area. We would definitely return.

The bedrooms were very nice with comfortsble beds. The house us very spacious. It‘s also nice that there is a sitting area outside

The smell in the ground floor was a bit disagreable when we entered. I suppose this comes from former guests with dogs. During day time you can here the traffic from the nearby road. This wasn‘t a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights. But for a week-stay I would prefer a more silent pllace.

Absolutely immaculate property and beautifully presented. Lovely welcome bottle of milk and something local that was very much appreciated! couldn’t fault the house and every detail that was so well thought out to make this a home from home and lovely space.

Very convenient for the south part of Skye and not so far from Portree (about 40 minutes driving). Cosy, clean, spacious, quiet, roomy, relaxing; appliances easy to use; basic supplies provided on arrival; some good guide books and leaflets. Co-op 2 minutes driving from Croft4. Host available, but not hovering.

Perfect cottage

The property had everything we needed and more including a tumble dryer which saved us after a very wet trip to the fairy pools. Incredibly clean everywhere and comfortable beds. The log in link provided gave so many good hints and tips for the area and all the information you could need to access the property smoothly. Perfect locations to be able to explore the Isle of Skye and so much to do and see.

Extra crockery and cutlery to use when dishwasher in action would be appreciated. A shame that it is do near the road and traffic was heard when busy. Fortunately not heard at night though.
