Black Barn Skye - Contemporary 3 bed / 4 bath home

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will be back. Couldn’t fault it apart from the fact that it’s not for sale and we can’t therefore buy it 🤭

Nothing to dislike.

A newly built home with modern finishes, high-end appliances, and bright, open living spaces that made the most of the surrounding views. Comfortable accommodations for three couples, with three spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a main-floor master suite with a full ensuite including a tub and separate shower. The two upstairs bedrooms had sea views and ensuites. A well-equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, and ample parking made for an easy and relaxing stay. Quiet surroundings and convenient dining options nearby, including the Claymore Restaurant across the road and The Sprig Bistro just behind the property.

We were initially hesitant about the location because of the distance to Portree. However, it worked out very well. On our first day, we explored northern Skye, including the Old Man of Storr, Kilt Rock, and Portree, and on our second we visited the Fairy Pools, Broadford and had dinner at the Claymore.

Tolles, modernes Haus bzw. Villa, perfekt für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Lage fanden wir prima, weil nicht zu weit vom Festland gelegen. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Der Preis ist hoch, aber dafür wird wirklich etwas geboten.
