Location was perfect, spacious apartment, nice breakfast and friendly staff

There was nothing that I didn’t like as we knew exactly what we were booking but if anything it’s a little dated but we were very happy with our stay!

A good stay in Rovaniemi

Dispite located in a rather old-fashion building, the apartment was really nice and clean. Spaces are well distributed and we appreciated the sauna in the bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped and beds are comfortable. Due to lack of time we didn’t enjoy the breakfast but it looks good!

Quiet and functional apartment in Rovaniemi

The guesthouse was a quiet and spacious apartment with a more or less well equipped kitchen.

The apartment looked a little run down although it was fully functional. The washroom was a little small and the WiFi didn't reach some parts of the apartment.

Spacious and comfortable if a little dated. Recommended.

The 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable although a bit dated. We had plenty of space for 4 of us. The kitchen and other facilities were very good. The continental breakfast was good - not a huge range but enough to be filling and tasty. The building doesn't look that great from the outside but inside it was much nicer. The location is good, only a short walk from the train station.

We had some confusion about getting the key to get in - I didn't receive a message with the instructions. Once that was sorted though everything went smoothly.

Beautiful Rovaniemi trip in a beautiful Apartment

We stay in this apartment for 3 night. It was just amazing and wonderful experience over there. Very clean, spacious and cozy apartment with everything you needed for your stay. Kitchen is so well equipped, very clean. A very big bathroom with a private Sauna. The Sauna was awesome. Enough beds for a group or family. Very comfortable beds. Flexible check in and check out. We had a very early flight on arrival date, still they allowed us for the early check in with breakfast. The staffs were very helpful and responsive in case of need. They helped us in every time for arranging and managing the day trip, getting the information for transportation, attraction and activities. This apartment is just awesome and beyond the money what we had paid. Thank you to all the staffs and the owner. We met the owner also. She is so friendly, flexible and kind hearted.

Everything was perfect. We needed the help in running the Sauna and next day the washing machine, somehow it well so well with their immediate response and help. The staffs were so helpful, friendly and responsive.

Squeaky clean apartment at a stones throw from the railway station and rental car pickup. Good place to stay the night an prepare for a trip north or (for us) the early morning train to Helsinki.

Perfect place for family Christmas weekend

This is good apartment to stay. Our family stayed here for Christmas. There is really good location if you are planning to visit Santa Claus village because Santa bus stop is only 5-6 minutes away (you can use this bus when you need to go to Airport - the only thing you need to tell driver you need to go to airport). One way ticket price was 4 euro and if you want to use bus several times you can buy ticket for 7 euro (at the day time this bus comes approx. once in hour). Rooms were clean. We visited sauna (it's electric but nice) and there is also all you need in the kitchen. You will have 6 chairs and 6 beds (beds were comfortable). Breakfast was pretty good and staff is always ready to help you. They also allowed us to check out 1 hour later. Several food store nearby. Approximately 20 min away from city center. I like this place and I can recommend it to you!

Coffee pot was broken and they had no other to change it. It was a bit colder in second room.

Το κατάλυμα βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά στον σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο και καθαρό. Είχε κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη αν ήθελες να μαγειρέψεις, καθώς και μεγάλο ψυγείο. Επίσης, η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ωραία. Η κυρία που μας έδωσε τα κλειδιά ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και μας έδωσε πολλές χρήσιμες πληροφορίες.

Το μπάνιο δεν ήταν πολύ άνετο καθώς υπήρχε ντουζιέρα χωρίς καμία περίφραξη και όταν έκανες μπάνιο γέμιζε το πάτωμα νερά. Επίσης, θα θέλαμε να ήταν λίγο πιο ζεστό το δωμάτιο.

Yhden yön viipymään ihan ok

Aamiainen oli ok, henkilökunta toi pyydettäessä täydennystä tyhjiin astioihin.

Huoneistossa oli kylmä..käytin ylimääräusren vuoteiden peittoja apuna, luulin et huoneistossamme olisi sauna koska varasin 4 hengen huoneiston joka yhden yön viipymään igan okoli muuttunut 6 hengen huoneistoksi johon ei sauna kuulunutkaan.
