Extremely bad and uncalled for!

You have bad customer satisfaction from your female staff at your dinning reception. Gross human disrespect to customers, gross discrimination,racism and verbal abuse to customers

Gross Insults from female staff and lack of patience to new customers or strangers at your facility. I wonder whether if this is a hospitable business. I have been in aviation and tourism for so many years and even as a Pilot never seen this before in any place I have been to. Shame on you!

Good location and service, though rooms could be quieter

The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, which makes it very easy to reach and perfect for travelers passing through. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere right from check-in. There’s also plenty of parking space available directly next to the hotel, which is very practical and adds to the overall comfort of the stay.

While the location and staff were great, the rooms were unfortunately quite noisy. Sounds from the street as well as from other guests inside the hotel could easily be heard, which made it a bit difficult to rest at times. The room and bathroom also felt somewhat dated, both in terms of the interior design and overall condition, so a small renovation would definitely make the stay more comfortable

Nice Hotel on the edge of town serving mainly Greek/Mediterranean food. Close to canal for walking perfect for the dog.

Close to the highway, parking at the hotel. Kitchen open until late. Nice people.

Don't expect high cuisine Greek cooking, it's more quick and quantity instead of quality. But who cares when you need food, a beer and a good bed when traveling..

Disappointing

Staff was so kind. When we checked in, a male staff offered a water and suggested small snack for the breakfast.

A booked room was changed from a double bedroom to two single bedrooms because of the broken bath. The shower room was dirty. Hairs still remained on the walls and floors... On the cushion cover of the pillow, the brown colored stains remained. Near the bed, the spider nest remained. The mattress of the bed was not comfortable for me.

It was very noisy in the room. You can hear everything from the other room or lobby. Other than that it was comfortable. My room was very small and didn't have curtains. So I couldn't sleep for longer.

Room is good, the restaurant at night serves great food. Good place for one night stop. Free parking.

We booked breakfast for the next morning but when we came down at 8.00 the breakfast area was dark and all doors were closed. Nobody around to check out as well so we just left the roomkey in the door, other guests did the same.

Located in Germany, close to the free way and the city Basel. Free parking. Enthusiastic owner and staf. The restaurant serves good food and beer or wine. Breakfast at any time you order. The building is inside decorated on a special way.

Even though I arrived late, they still fixed me dinner. The person who runs the place is very open to conversation and has a good network of connections.

Located in a very quiet place where nothing else happens, and on a Monday when everything was closed it was super that our host cooked for us and the rest of the clientele. Meal and drinks served in the cute backyard. Good value when driving through.

A perfect stopover for a long drive.

Rooms are very clean and the location excellent. I booked a breakfast with my stay and it was completely worth the price, tasty.

It was sometimes a bit loud in the hallway or other rooms but that depends mostly on the guest I think.

Very good place to stay on our way from/to Italy. Great rooms and great food in the restaurant (dinner as well as breakfast). The owner is very friendly and offers great service.

Excellent location while travelling (great dinner, beds and breakfast)

Very friendly and helpful host and staff. The hotel has a great "Biergarten" and serves excellent dinner. We stayed there for a single night (travelling back from Italy to The Netherlands) and it's an excellent location. Only a few minutes from the highway, great dinner, great breakfast, excellent beds and a great host. Parking was next to the hotel and had plenty of space.
