Perfect place for a relaxing few days

Excellent location! 5 minute walk to train station, 7 minute walk to Chapel Bridge/Old town with lots of dining opportunities all around! Nice to have extra space to spread out and basic kitchen facilities to heat things up in case you like a lazy morning or are tired at the end of the day and don’t want to go out to eat, we stayed here for 7 nights so it was nice having some down time.

Excellent convenient modern apartment

The large 1 bedroom apartment was located close to the train station, grocery Migros and also many restaurants. The apartment was nicely decorated/ modern, clean and kitchen had everything needed. Lots of coffee, tea, cream and sugar provided. Liked the towel heater which dried any handwash laundry quickly. FYI the heater control knob is on the heater under the windows. Not a digital wall control. It worked great during our December stay.

I wish there was an option for new towels if staying 2 nights or longer. They should provide more than just shampoo and soap. No conditioner or lotion so bring your own.

The location was perfect for accessing trains and buses. The gals at the reception desk were so friendly and helpful. They loaned us umbrellas to use for the week and they really came in handy! The neighborhood was amazing with plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance.

It was difficult to keep all of our devices charged. We found the number of outlets challenging for our needs (2 phones, Ipad, 2 watches) but we made it work.

Perfect city pad.

Amazing location a couple of minutes from old town, the train station, shops, pier and bus station for easy access day trips. Very well equipped even more so than most Airbnbs we stay at.

Not a big negative, but an internal washing machine would have been great. Also only bathroom being off of the bedroom not ideal, but clearly communicated and not easily changed. Would still stay again in a heart beat.

Bright , clean and very spacious. Well equipped and located close to groceries, shopping restaurants and the train station. Attentive staff for easy check in and assistance during the stay.

As the European summers is getting hotter, may I suggest that an extra cotton sheet is made available on the bed to use on hot nights. The quilt is too hot for any temperature over 25 degrees. Thanks

Proximity to train was great.

They look for any possible way to charge you more money than advertised. The shower was so small you could not move without changing the water temperature and/or completely turning the water off with every movement. The water from the shower flows all over the bathroom since there is no barrier. Don’t be fooled with the laundry option, it’s not onsite. They just send your laundry out and charge you twice as much as they pay the person doing the laundry.

A fabulous find in the heart of Luzern

This apartment went above our expectations. The location could not have been better. Luzern train station is literally at the back door. There is a beautiful park across the road, and everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance or a short bus ride away. The apartment is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Luzern.

Very convenient, quiet, and safe spot in a terrific city

Friendly and helpful staff from first welcome to final farewell.

The shower is open at the end so absolutely floods the bathroom eery time, no way to avoid it. Bedroom is spacious but bedside tables are unaccountable tiny, too small to accommodate barely more than the lamp! Easily remedied.

Great location - close to trains, buses and the ferry, just minutes from the old town and in a nice area with lots of bars and restaurants and a green square, and close to supermarkets. Apartment was comfortable - an easy space to relax in.

Weather was hot so we had the windows open at night and it was noisy outside, though fine with the windows closed.

Original listing showed it had a washing machine, which was one reason we chose that place, but booking confirmation did not show a washing machine, which we did not notice and in fact there was no washing machine. We felt this was a problem with Booking.com rather than the establishment itself.

this place is really the best if you want to explore Lucerne . it’s just in the centre and just next to the main railway station still it’s absolutely private and quite all the time.The apartment is very very well done and maintained beautifully. staff is very helpful. 2 min walk to the restaurants around and 5 min to the Lucerne Lake. it’s just beautiful!

Excellent location. Very close to train station, boat and bus stations. Apartment had everything we needed for cooking. Close to grocery stores as well. Neighborhood was very nice safe and family friendly. I would highly recommend this apartments to anyone who wants to stay in Luzern and visit Mt Titlis, Mt Pilatus etc.

I wish there was laundry in the apartments. Elevator is little small so had to take luggage in two attempts which is only a minor inconvenience.
