location good but accommodation needs more work to make it appealing

location was ideal for exploring Arles, restaurants near by, and bonus market twice a week

stairs especially to basement for washing machine very steep. Basement like a storage room with air con units and pipes everywhere. House was cold following instructions to turn heating off when we went out house never was warm. Dirty plates put away. Overall impression was of a house in renovation .

Loved my stay in this conveniently located spacious house and felt very much at home

The house was in the perfect location. A very short walk from the train station and then easy quick access to the beautiful old town and river. Very spacious accommodation. Loved the little touches - pictures of Arles etc. Modern kitchen - bright and inviting. Plenty of storage for clothes. Huge bathroom - loved the auto light switch in there. Fabulous shower with dual head. Such a lovely quiet location. Air conditioning was very appreciated in high temperatures Would recommend and would stay again for sure. Excellent communication from the host - and exceptional service which was very much appreciated.

suitable for a couple or a small family

The accommodation consists of 3 floors - the first floor has a beautiful modern kitchen, there are 3 bedrooms (where one of them is in the attic), and also new and reconstructed bathroom. Overall a very pleasant place.

In our opinion, the house is only suitable for a couple or a small family, since the bathroom entrance is through one of the bedrooms. There is a parking spot next to the house but if was mostly taken. That said, there is a paid parking lot nearby as well. The only niggle we had was that the hosts weren't very generous with kitchen essentials like coffee, tea, sugar, etc... the kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen appliances, but we do believe that the frying pens should be replaced.

Great stay in central location

We loved our stay! We got to spread out over 3 floors (4 if you count the loft) and it felt so spacious. Very easy self-check in. Ideal central location.

Nice and just on edge of city cool stuff

Place was good and close to all the things. Place is 4 stories. Basement wash and dryer, first floor entry, kitchen and sitting area, 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom, third floor bedroom with bunks, 3rd floor loft double bed. Good base camp after of day of sight seeing. Host was responsive and quick. good for large group.

Place was good but not a lot of character and very basic. Could use some more charm and decoration. Only 4 chairs in kitchen. Needs some extra folding chairs.

Praktischer Altbau in Zentrumsnähe mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten

Das Haus ist optimal gelegen zur Innenstadt mit sehr guten Einkaufs- und Parkmöglichkeiten. Es gibt viel Platz und die Betten sind bequem. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, wenn Sie auch manchmal etwas einfach ist. Zugang ist einfach und die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr gut und freundlich. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig. Hilfreiche Hinweise werden gegeben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finden wir sehr gut.

Die Zimmer haben keine Türen, was aber in der Beschreibung schon zu sehen war und uns als Familie nicht gestört hat. Bei der Anfahrt mussten wir etwas suchen, weil manche Straßen zur Altstadt für Nichtanlieger gesperrt sind, wir fanden aber ein kleines Nebensträßchen. Es fällt nicht viel Tageslicht ein. Tisch und Stühle in der Wohnküche sind eher für vier Personen gedacht. Die relativ steilen Treppen könnten für ältere Menschen ein Hindernis darstellen, für uns war es kein Problem. WC und Dusche sind in einem Bad, eine Trennung wäre schön gewesen.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in Arles, wir haben vielgesehen!

Die Lage war ideal. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartement und in Arles genossen. Die Abtrennung durch Vorhänge erschien uns anfangs problematisch, erwiesen sich aber als unproblematisch. insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in Arles, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Eine gute Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Lyon, preiswert, wir schätzten das Zimmer für drei Personen.

Die zentrale Lage. Es war sehr ruhig. In der Altstadt, nahe bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönen Restaurants.

Der Parkplatz beim Haus war meistens besetzt. Die Küche ist für eine Familie kanpp ausgestattet.

compléter le matériel de cuisine par des saladiers, prévoir un support en bas dans la grande chambre du haut pour pouvoir installer les matelas de la mezzanine en cas de grosses chaleurs.

Příjemný pobyt v centru Arles

Dům je na skvělém místě v centru Arles, jen kousek od hlavních památek, areny a restaurací. Ulice je tichá, středeční trh hned u domu. A dalo se i dobře zdarma zaparkovat.

Hlavní místnost domu je kousek pod úrovní ulice a místnost je hodně tmavá a trochu vlhká a studená. Nakonec jsme si ale zatopili klimatizací a vše bylo o hodně lepší. Určitě je třeba hodně větrat, je to starý dům s hodně příkrými schody.

Très près des arènes , du théâtre . Toutes commodités proches. Parking audacieux mais gratuit .

Tout était sommaire : le chauffage , la vaisselle , les lits et le linge , la propreté , le mobilier , l’aspirateur , les WC..

Logement bien équipé

Situation idéale pour accéder au centre d’Arles et au marché, supermarché Monoprix à côté. Parking à proximité (payant) et parking de la gare à peu de distance (gratuit). Lors de notre arrivée il faisait très froid, merci à Fabien , qui nous a apporté des couettes bien chaudes le lendemain.
