15 minutes walk from the historic center, al floor of a villa, nice T3 apartment of 85 m2, air conditioned, facing south, furnished, fully equipped, for 2 to 6 people including a living room with sofa bed 140 comfortable, 2 bedrooms with bed 140, and equipped kitchen: coffee maker with coffee, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, stove with oven, a bathroom with washing machine and laundry, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, separate toilet, a garden and courtyard with jacuzzi summer, garden furniture, barbecue and arbor for pleasant grills. Linens, sheets, towels and tea towels are included. The first breakfast the next day is offered. The apartment is located next to major roads that will allow you to visit our beautiful region. You have secure closed parking.

We were warmly welcomed by Jean-Charles and he even had filled the fridge for us with cold drinks and wine for a good start. Everything you need was there. Bathroom and kitchen very well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our stay between the magnificent city of Arles and the beautiful landscape of Camargue a lot! Thanks for everything, we can only recommend it and would love to come back sometime.

Jean Charles was a great host (he lives below the apartment)! The apartment was just as expected, with lots of room for all of us to spread out (living room, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, entry, bathroom, and water closet). With air conditioning. We cooked in two of our five nights as the kitchen and downstairs bbq were well outfitted for our use. This location, although out of the city center of Arles provided us with a three minute drive to parking in the old town area, and also easy escape to the towns and villages in Provence (Avignon, Rousillon, Les Baux, Gordes, Coustellet). We would definitely stay at this location again!

The apartment is very large and is equipped with everything needed. Refrigerator was stocked with juice, milk, and wine. We ran the AC because of the humidity and it worked well. The bed was comfortable. However, a blanket would be nice since only a sheet was on the bed.

JC is a super host. House is cool, well equipped and excellent outside facilities ( bbq , outside dining table etc) . Five minutes on foot to chemist baker and fruit n veg . Five minutes in car to huge Leclerc. Fifteen minutes walk to centre and train station with fast trains to Avignon( 20) and Marseille( 50).

We really enjoyed our stay Jean-Charles is a great host. The apartment was spotless and well appointed. We were a family of 4 and there was plenty of room. We had a car, so the location made for a great central spot with easy motorway access to the various key sights around the region. The old part of Arles is about a 15-20 minute walk -so good for that too as parking/driving in Arles is not easy. Would highly recommend, especially for families.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. JC is a great host, we were always in contact and he provided local tips that were very useful and parking space is a plus. The shower and bedding was great and I do recommend his place and would come back any time that I am in Arles. This property is on the edge of town, great location for excursions into the countryside (Pont du Gard, Avignon etc) but also a drive into the center of Arles. Very friendly host Jean-Charles (left us wine, milk, orange juice, bread). Make sure to confirm arrival and contact with Jean-Charles, as we waited awhile outside the gate while he was waiting inside!

The four of us enjoyed our stay at this property - it was clean and spacious and we created some great meals in the kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't have good weather so couldn't soak up the sun in the outdoor space. Being on the outskirts of Arles meant we had easy access by car to the Provence area. Jean-Charles was an affable host and we thank Google translate for helping us communicate!!

Our stay in Arles at this villa was delightful. Jean Charles was a gracious host and his hospitality was so welcoming. The location was excellent as we were within walking distance of our designated site seeing. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Jean Charles saw to it that our immediate needs were met with coffee, milk, juice and even a nice bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend a stay at this location on your next trip to Arles.

If you are looking for a place to stay while you explore the Provence region this is the place! The host Jean-Charles has thought of everything you might need during your stay in this large two bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped and he is kind to leave juice, milk, brioche bread and even a bottle of rose in the refrigerator for his guests. The ac works wonderfully and even though the weather was hot during our stay, the hot tub made for a refreshing oasis in the evenings. This apartment comes equipped with an iron and ironing board, washing machine and detergent, a drying rack, clothespins and an outdoor clothesline, and even a full size hair dryer. After having to use barbie doll sized hairdryers elsewhere in France this was a treat! The apartment is a short drive to the city center of Arles, as well as very close to major roads that can take you to other nearby locations like Nimes, Marseille, Aix en Provence, the Camargue, Saint Marie de la Mer, Lourmarin, and other fantastic Provence treasures. Four adults had plenty of room to spare in this apartment. It is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Arles and the parking place was easy to access using the remote control for the gate. Jean-Charles is the ultimate host and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope that you can do the same!

This is a very nice place. The space is quite large with a big eat in kitchen, big central hallway, a salon, two bedrooms and a bath. It is certainly not fancy, but is clean and well equipped. What really impressed us is how Jean Charles had the refrigerator stocked with orange juice, milk (for coffee), a litre of water and a bottle of rose. There was also a fresh loaf of brioche bread and a very nice espresso maker with coffee ready to go. It was really nice not to have to immediately go out shopping after arriving to make sure we had the necessary items for the following morning . I don't think any other owner/host that we've ever stayed with showed that kind of thorough thoughtfulness. Speaking of that, Jean Charles, the owner/host, is one of the most cordial and gracious individuals we have encountered. He lives down below the unit and is available to help with any problems or advice on where to eat and what to see. It is a little far from town to be easy walking distance. We had a car, but because our stay coincided with the bull fight weekend, the access to even the main areas for parking were blocked off. Accordingly, we drove a half mile or so towards town and then had a 15 minute walk to the old town. Also, if you have a car you can park inside the walls of the courtyard, Jean Charles has an electric remote controlled gate that is operated by a remote control fob that comes with the keys. Very handy. If there is any negative at all it would be that the beds are double beds and after being spoiled by U. S. style king size beds, they were cramped quarters. All in all we really liked this place and Jean Charles' thoughtfulness and would gladly stay here again.
