Good value in a good location.

Good, quiet location close to old town and bus, with free parking on-street. Bakery very close. Well decorated and clean.

A little cramped upstairs, one bedroom had a window opening into it from the bathroom which was odd.

The Hope of Great Value but a Not Great Experience Overall

The 2 floors of that small house were very nicely renovated and designed. It is well equipped and agreeable to the eye overall, with a great initial sensation of comfort. The small guide provided with recommendations was welcomed. The few books and magazines are also a plus. Access to Arles is very easy and the proximity to the LUMA immediately puts you in the mood.

Previous comments mentioned it all and it's worrying that these has not been addressed: 1) in those hot (regular) summer days, the temperature inside is high and the provided ventilators do nothing to help. 2) the absence of curtains on the top floor means the bright light of the upfront estate agency can't be fully filtered out and that the windows can't be left open to let some air flow while filtering out the sun or the night lights 3) the absence of curtain to the shower and the shower head holder needing fixing both makes the shower impractical 4) a privacy film would be a simple addition to the bathroom window to the nearby bedroom 5) possibly more subjective but ... when paying a rental, I would like the full services to be covered and the guests not expected to take out the trash or do the dishes (besides putting them in the dishwasher and starting it, that part is perfectly fine)

Convenient property for visting Arles.

This is a convenient but not deluxe property for visiting Arles. Free parking is about 10 minutes walk away. There is a good bakery 100 metres from the apartment. It is a 15 minute walk into the centre of Arles.

There was a boulangerie nearby, and Luma Tower was only 5 minutes walk away. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We especially liked the lounge / kitchen area, which was nicely decorated.

It would have been good to have a top sheet on the bed, as it was too hot with a duvet, even though there were fans in the room.

A treat in Arles

Brand new, really comfortable and well equipped 2 bedroom house, quiet and convenient. Great location, across from the Luma and an exceptional Boulangerie. Excellent little touches like a Nespresso machine and washing machine. Would highly recommend.

Parfait pour un séjour long.

Maison spacieuse, tout confort, pour 3 ou 4 personnes à proximité du centre-ville historique, en face du musée d'art contemporain LUMA. Quartier calme, à 15 minutes à pied de la gare SNCF. Nombreux commerces de proximité à quelques minutes. Relations par messagerie, fluides et cordiales, avec les propriétaires pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Parking aléatoire dans les rues adjacentes.

Très beau séjour dans un établissement propre et bien placé.

Maison bien placé, propre et bien équipée. Il y a une belle atmosphère et on a envie d’y rester.

Nous étions six, mais il n’y avait que quatre chaises, et la rambarde manquait un peu de stabilité. Ce sont des petits détails qui n’ont en rien entaché notre séjour.

Une belle visite à Arles, entre Tour Luma et vestiges romains.

L'appartement est mignon et très confortable. Depuis , on a pu aller visiter la tour LUMA à pied( à 3 minutes), c'est ce qu'on venait faire à Arles.

Il est difficile de se garer dans le quartier, finalement on a choisi un parking payant un peu plus loin( vers le parking du musée ). En revanche, pour charger les bagages, on a dû s'arrêter 5 ' en pleine voie devant la porte( l'appartement donné directement sur la rue).

casa arredata con gusto e con tutti i comfort, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, luoghi di interesse raggiungibili in brevissimo tempo, non centralissimo ma meglio perche in macchina si trova più facilmente parcheggio nei dintorni della casa. Boulangerie a due passi

Un'atmosfera autentica

L'appartamento, in realtà, è un piccolo edificio realizzato in pietra provenzale, disposto su due livelli, collegati fra di loro da una bella scala in pietra; le pareti del piano terra non sono intonacate, il che rende un'atmosfera rustica davvero gradevole. Divano letto al piano terra nuovo e molto comodo per dormire. Le due stanze al piano superiore sono di dimensioni contenute, arredate in modo essenziale, ma hanno dei letti (matrimoniali) comodissimi e in tutte c'è l'aria condizionata. Nel complesso, un'esperienza gradevole, che ha consentito di respirare l'aria autentica della Provenza. Una piccola nota sulla posizione: l'appartamento è praticamente di fronte al LUMA, a ridosso di viale Victor Hugo, quindi non esattamente nel centro di Arles, che si raggiunge comunque a piedi in pochi minuti. A pochi metri boulangerie, patisserie e un supermercato BIO.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio: l'univo bagno è senza bidet, secondo lo standard francese, L'ingresso dell'appartamento da direttamente sulla strada, il che non ha comunque dato problemi di rumorosità, grazie alla buona insonorizzazione degli infissi. Gli edifici circostanti non sono esattamente meravigliosi. Non è semplice trovare parcheggio esattamente di fronte all'abitazione, ma si trova relativamente facilmente lungo il viale alberato, a pochi passi.

Chouette logement mais donnant directement sur la route

Apartment joli et bien équipé, agréable pour un séjour

Fenêtre des toilettes horriblement conçue, donnant directement dans la chambre. Une ventilation aurait été préférable. Porte d,entrée donnant directement sur la route avec traffic automobile, idem pour la fenêtre du séjours. Il aurait été agréable de pouvoir laisser la vaisselle propre dans la machine avant de partir. Sel, poivre huile d’olive dans la cuisine serait un minimum.

Caseta amb encant

És una caseta molt acollidora, confortable i ben equipada.Situada en un barri a 10 minuts, a peu, del centre. Hi ha un forn de pa artesà molt a prop i bons restaurants propers. El Centre Cultural LUMA, molt interessant, és un bon referent per trobar l'apartament.

Séjour très agréable.

La maison est très bien rénovée. Elle a beaucoup de charme et elle est très confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Il y avait tous les consommables pour un court séjour ce qui est très appréciable.

Nous avons eu froid dans la salle de séjour car le radiateur est insuffisant et dans un coin… d’autant plus que nous sommes en hiver et qu’il pleuvait à seau ce jour là. De plus il est difficile de se garer dans ces petites rues.

Arles aux 1000 charmes du sud.

Nos hôtes (Marie et Pierre) ont été tres reactifs et bienveillants. La maison etait pitoresque, pleine de charme, bien équipée et vraiment bien située (a 15min de marche maximum des monuments dans une rue calme ou il est aisé de se garer). Les commerces a proximité (boulaherie et bar) sont ouverts a 6h30 et accueillants. Notre sejours a mon meilleur ami et moi a été des plus agreable.
