Perfect location for a little family escapade in the South of France

Perfect location, 10-minutes' walk from the centre ville and right behind the very interesting Luma (the interior twin slides are such good fun and the park is really beautiful). The car can be parked right in front of the appart which makes loading and unloading rather easy; afterwards you can forget it, if you're only exploring Arles. Two nice double rooms upstairs, one with decent space and the other rather spacious; the kitchen is well equipped (microwave, normal oven, kettle, toaster) and we really enjoyed the complimentary bottle of rosé. Nice hot shower, easy to use! Saturday mornings there is an amazing market (food, veggies and clothes) right on the doorsteps (but you can still get out with the car, if you need to). Good choice of varied restaurants, the main attraction is obviously the amphitheater: ask for a (free French) guided tour, it's well worth it. We also spent a day at the Parc ornithologique (40 minutes by car) and it was well worth it, the kids (10 and 8 yo) loved it, and so did we.

Nothing to mention, everything was really good. Instructions were sent well in advance, the host was flexible and available and answered every possible question.

Great location with parking spot in front - perfect size for a family of four. Handy bio supermarket and bakeries nearby. Lovely restaurant just at the beginning of the road .

Convenient and Quiet

Great location: walk to most sites in Arles. Free parking in front of apartment. Very quiet, clean, good appliances. Good check-in and check-out. Helpful guide sent by email with photos of apartment exterior and parking place.

Superb

Very climatic. A cosy appartment, big enough for a family with kids, with all the necessary equipment. The location is perfect. There was no problem with late arrival and finding the keys. The bottle of wine on the table was welcome :).

I highly appreciated the possiblity to park a car, however, the parking and especially unparking was more than tricky, in fact a little traumatic with a SUV type car (a narrow street with no possiblity to turn the car, be aware of other vehicles and walls around you

Location is good, its well equipped, the host cares about ecology and the recommendations for restaurants was excellent.

The space is a bit tight for six adults.

Eine schöne ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage in Arles, direkt am Lumas Park gelegen

Sehr gute Lage mit gratis Parkplatz! Schönes kleines Häuschen, man muss allerdings sicher zu Fuss sein, da die Schlafzimmer oben liegen, das Bad mit Toilette unten, die Treppe ist steil. Die kleine Küche ist sehr gut mit allen Utensilien ausgestattet. Das Bett fiel in der 1.Nacht zusammen, wurde am nächsten Tag gleich repariert. Schöner Mini-Vorgarten mit Sitzgelegenheit und Nachmittagssonne.

Centralissimo, zona tranquilla, con negozi e servizi vicini.

Molto sporco, polvere e capelli ovunque e nemmeno una scopa o un aspirapolvere per pulire. Cassetti non puliti da settimane, mattonelle rotte, crepe nei muri. Una topaia niente male.

Emplacement calme et propre à proximité du centre ancien et de ses nombreux monuments

Un logement calme et bien agencé, idéal pour passer quelques jours en famille. Proximité de la vieille ville d'Arles où l'on peut se rendre très facilement à pied. Emplacement de stationnement réservé en face du logement, très pratique pour charger/décharger et pas de stress pour le parking. Très bonne réactivité de l'hôte à nos questions ou demandes.
