Perfect location and the property was so nicely furnished. Great kitchen and living area which was cooled by a great air con unit. Nice to have separate bathroom and toilet and separate rooms for everyone in our party.
The back rooms got very hot and felt a little bit claustrophobic. The fans provided were excellent but without an air flow it was quite stuffy. My main concern was fire safety. There were fittings for fire alarms throughout but none of the alarms were installed. Given that the building is obviously very old and the bedrooms had no obvious escape point, having no fire alarms made me feel quite anxious especially at night. Also could not get Netflix on any of the TVs as advertised

Excellent location, close to parking with reduced price. Large living and kitchen with enough utensils, koffie, tea, etc. Good communication, although we never saw the owners.
No airco in bedrooms, but fans were provided. Bedroom windows don’t open to the outside. Shower drainage somewhat slow but no flooding. Owner could not solve this issue.
