Fabulous location, lovely apartment.

Very nice apartment with central location

Super central location, very quiet, clean and comfortable apartment with 3 cosy bedrooms. Keys were in a locker at the front door, very easy. The host sent very nice messages. I certainly recommend!!

Lovely town and lovely flat.

The flat is right in the center of the old town, 50 meters from a lovely square with Vincents cafe etc. a bakery can be found with in 100 meters. Every bouilding from the romas era is within walking distance. The old tow as such is quite lovely to visit and a treat to walk around in. We will be back.

One thing one should be aware of, and this is not negative, one can not drive into the old town! but must park in a parkinglot or house, from the flat to the p-house there a 500 meters walk.

Très central et calme. Pas besoin de voiture et le parking était à 5’a pied

Il n’y avait pas d’ustensiles de cuisine. Pas de quoi râper des carottes par exemple. Pas d’huile, ni de vinaigre ni la moindre épice pour cuisiner.

C'est au centre donc près de toutes les activités et restaurants, boulangeries, glaciers, bars...

Franchement tout était parfait.

Un bon choix pour 3 couples

Excellente localisation, très central et malgré tout très calme. Appartement joliment décoré , confortable et agréable.

Trop peu de serviettes de douche (1 par chambre) et aucun produit de base (pas de sucre, pas d’huile, pas de papier toilette, 2 pastille lave-vaisselle seulement pour un séjour d’1 semaine) Légère odeur d’humidité réglée en ouvrant les fenêtres quelques instants et en allumant une bougie parfumée quelques minutes.

Bonito y con encanto,limpio y muy céntrico

El apartamento de Pierre no podría estar mejor ubicado. Todo estaba limpísimo,el apartamento está restaurado y decorado con mucho encanto y estaba muy bien acondicionado con detergente,pastillas de lavavajillas, algún condimento... Dispone incluso de secadora. Las camas bien, algún colchón quizás ya estaba algo más endeble. La TV es smart TV con acceso a canales españoles,lo cual también es algo positivo. Pierre es muy amable y está muy accesible al contacto. El check in es sin contacto,pero explican perfectamente el procedimiento. La relación calidad-precio me pareció muy buena.

Efectivamente como se refleja en algunos comentarios,hay que tener en cuenta que las escaleras tienen cierta complejidad,en especial el segundo tramo,pero sin dificultades de movilidad,son perfectamente asequibles. Sólo como sugerencia, añadiría una manta para el sofá y algún vinilo o similar en la ventana del baño.

Excellent séjour: base idéale pour découvrir Arles et la Camargue

Position centrale au cour du vieux Arles. A proximité des sites d’intérêt les plus notoires. Parking proche (abonnement semaine). Escalier pentu pour accéder au 2d étage de l’appartement. Près point stockage des conteneurs poubelles (camion manœuvrant à l’aurore).

Très agréable adresse au coeur d'Arles

L'appartement est parfaitement situé au centre-ville. Pratique pour visiter et se promener. Cuisine très bien équipée. Salle de bains spacieuse. Le chauffage était un plus à une saison encore fraîche. Pierre est un hôte merveilleux, réactif et attentionné. Lits confortables. De la place pour les rangements, et des volets pour garantir l'obscurité dans les chambres :-)

Petit problème d'isolation phonique avec l'appartement du dessus (le plafond a le charme de l'ancien, mais pas l'isolation du 21e siècle !).

Estancia bastante comoda.

El Alojamiento esta ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, El edificio es muy antiguo pero esta reformado de forma excelente. Las instalaciones son nuevas y funcionan perfectamente. Remarcamos que dispone de una buena calefacción en el caso de visitar la ciudad en invierno. Las camas son grandes y confortables.

Aunque en general el alojamiento es excelente debo remarcar que tiene un tramo de escalera muy duro (el edificio se encuentra en el centro histórico) No apto para personas con movilidad reducida o con niños muy pequeños. También decir que las almohadas las encontramos muy incomodas (Todo el grupo)
