Excellent Stay in Downtown Arles
Lovely house on three floors. Very clean and well maintained. Good wifi. Set in the historic centre of Arles, near all the notable sites, 20 minutes walk from les Arenes. Régis who manages the bookings est très sympas, merci Régis.
Nothing really. Be aware there is a tourist tax of €2.5 per person per day, to be paid at the end of the stay. The curtains in the bedrooms are thin, so take an eye mask in the summer months.

Excellent location in a very historic, spacious house, close to restaurants, shops, and the river.
This old house in a historic neighborhood of Arles is being beautifully renovated (a process that looked to still be underway when we stayed there). The renovations are very tasteful, and it is a spacious, comfortable accommodation. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed, and roof terrace was delightful. One of us appreciated the use of a house bicycle during our stay. The host was responsive. No parking at the house, but we found nearby lots to use without problem We loved our location and stay in Arles.
We had an issue with the hot water and heat (it was pretty chilly when we stayed there), but the host took care of that promptly. The courtyard patio wasn't really usable (in the condition pictured in the listing), but we used the rooftop terrace for lingering evenings over food and drinks among the picturesque surrounding rooftops. We were only three people, so it was roomy enough for us, but it is a pretty small terrace.
