The magnificent city of Arles was as magical in the autumn as it had been in the summer.

the location was amazing

Hairdryer was broken and although offered a replacement it never arrived . Flights of stairs were okay but not if you had any difficulty with mobility or breathing

Séjour agréable. Apparemment bien aménagé avec tout à proximité : commerces basiques, arrêt de bus, et des monuments d'Arles.

L'architecture, avec la rue étroite et les fenêtres moins hautes en dernier étage, rend l'appartement moins lumineux, on était souvent sorti donc pas très grave.

Posizione centralissima, con tutto raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti: centro storico, ristoranti, negozi. Comunicazione con l'Host semplice e veloce, con ottimi suggerimenti forniti. Appartamento comodo anche per 4 adulti. Ottima pulizia.

La mancanza di piccole cose per la vita domestica: sacchetti per spazzatura, detersivi. Due bagni ma un solo wc. Un solo asciugamano a persona.

Pourriez vous prèvoir d’installer dans chacune des salles d’eau un accessoire pour déposer le produit å douche ou le savon aprés la robinetterie. Ce serait pratique. Autrement tout nous a convenu.

APPARTAMENTO FUNZIONALE NEL CENTRO STORICO DI ARLES

La posizione invidiabile a due minuti dal municipio. A pochi metri boulangerie e market. Grazie alle chiare indicazioni del proprietario ci ha fatto parcheggiare a 5 minuti gratuitamente e in luogo di facile accesso. L'appartamento è come descritto ci sono le scali però pensavo più scalini invece è fattibile anche se sono un po strette. La cucina e il salotto molto ampi, in cucina tutto il necessario. I bagni molto funzionali. la camera da letto matrimoniale che abbiamo usato con letto grande e comodo. La biancheria da letto e bagno di ottima qualità. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei molto volentieri Buon prezzo/qualità offerta

Ottima posizione per visitare Arles e partire alla scoperta della Provenza. Comodo per due coppie con tutto il necessario per cucinare. I due bagni con doccia e lavandino sono comodi. Il proprietario è molto gentile e fornisce istruzioni e consigli molto dettagliati

Solo una toilette in comune non è il massimo. Si trova a terzo piano con delle scale abbastanza strette

기대했던 아를의 여행을 망친 숙소입니다. 좋았던 건 아를의 밤하늘을 볼 수 있었다는 것입니다.

온수가 나오지 않았고 이에 대한 처리가 원만하게 진행되지 않았습니다. 이로 인해 숙소를 옮겨야했고 그 모든 불편함과 비용은 온전히 고객의 몫이었습니다. 부킹닷컴을 통한 원만한 처리를 희망하였으나 부킹닷컴은 고객의 불편에 대해 호스트와 직접 처리하라고 안내했습니다. 그게 부킹닷컴의 시스템입니다. 호스트는 최선을 다하겠다고 하였으나 그에 대한 정확한 안내와 처리과정에 대해 분명하게 안내하지 않았습니다. 이로 인해 프랑스 첫 여행지였던 아를에서의 여행이 망가졌고 이후 프랑스여행내내 이 문제로 골치아팠습니다. 저는 숙소를 옮긴문제는 숙소의 문제이므로 변경에 따른 차액지불을 요구하였으나 완전히 거부당했습니다. 반고흐의 발자취를 찾아떠난 아를에서 머무는 동안 저녁에 온수가 나오지 않는 문제로 불쾌한 시간을 보내야했고 숙소를 떠난이후에는 이 문제에 대한 처리때문에 골머리가 아팠습니다. 물론 이후 모든 처리는 호스트가 숙소를 이동한 하루치의 숙박비만을 지불한채로 완료되었고 부킹닷컴에 이에 대해 아무런 조치도 하지 않았습니다. 아름다운 아를여행을 망쳤고 추운 겨울 온수가 나오지 않은 문제에 대해 아무도 죽지 않았으니 문제가 되지 않는다고 이야기한 호스트 대응도 정말 불쾌합니다. 얼어죽지 않았으니 이 문제가 별문제가 아니라고 생각하다니 정말 어이없습니다. 숙소에 대한 비용지불에는 숙소의 안내사항이 정확하게 지켜지는 것에 대한 지불이고 안내사항이 지켜지지 않은 것에 대해 책임을 지고 고객에 대해 호스트의 온수 보일러 처리 과정에 대한 정확한 안내가 있어야 함에도 호스트는 처음 문제발생한 날 바로 수리공을 부르지 않았고 다음날 수리공이 온 후에는 문제가 처리된듯 이야기하였으나 실제 온수문제는 아주 미지근한 물, 얼어죽지않을 정도의 물이 나오는 수준으로 수리하였다는 것을 뒤늦게 알려주었습니다. 온수로 인한 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다. 그렇다면 그에 대한 문제에 대해 정확하게 안내하고 숙박 변경을 권유하는 것이 일반적인 상식이라고 생각합니다. 머무는 내내 온수문제로 곤란한 상황에 빠지고 이후 그에 대한 처리를 이기적으로 처리한 호스트때문에 십년넘게 이용해온 부킹닷컴 시스템에 대한 신뢰도 깨진 상황입니다. 계단도 가파르고 바닥이 깨져있어서 위험합니다. 불도 어두운 편이어서 따로 가져간 램프를 사용하였습니다. 아마 다시는 이 숙소에 대한 기억을 절대 떠올리고싶지 않을 겁니다.

Por poner un pero, echamos en falta pequeños detalles como el jabón en uno de los baños o servilletas i/o salvamanteles para usar a la hora de comer. Tener en cuenta que el aparcamiento está a unos diez minutos caminando.
