Water, coffee and cleaning products ready to go.
Location to Santa Cruz.
Plenty of room for two parents and a 16 year old.
Air con a god send as it hit 40 plus

TV and access to Prime/Netflix
Fridge/freezer/microwave kettle and coffee machine. All amenities you need.
Two level great for son and TikTok!
Having a terrace with a view….priceless.

Easy access to bus and taxis.
It is starting to show wear and tear in places. The wooden steps to the dip pool, around the terrace area could have been cleaner. The double bed is not that comfortable and squeaks terrible. Mentioned before in reviews.
The damage to the floor in the lounge makes me sad as does the scratches on the table. I didn’t find any mats in order to protect it!
The terrace seating and loungers/parasol are looking worn now.
The lift went out of order but by no fault of the host!
Only one set of keys. Could do with two, especially as it can sleep more than just three! Teenager would have loved some freedom!

The property was over two floors and the outdoor space and dip pool are brilliant.
Great place for brunch next door.
