Genteel Home Santa Teresa

It was very central, yet quiet. The terrace & pool were great to return to after a busy day. It had everything we needed for our trip. The communication was excellent, Lydia was there to meet us and explain everything about the property. I would definitely stay here again, it was ideal for us 2 couples, 2 spacious bedrooms and full bathrooms.

The location, apartment layout, the facilities / amenities, cleanliness & supporting host. In short everything 😊

Can’t really say that.

Cleanliness, design, balcony, location, having a lift to get to the to floor. Everything was walking distance.

Shower pressure, the length of time that we can get hot water especially when we had 2 people sharing each bathroom.

The location was excellent and the communication was very good. We were welcomed warmly, and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The rooftop terrace was especially valuable on a hot day.

When booking, it was very difficult to understand which photos belonged to which apartment, as all the pictures seemed to be mixed together. The photos also appear to have been taken shortly after renovation and no longer reflect the current condition accurately. For example, the rooftop terrace and the small pool were noticeably more worn than shown in the pictures and did not look nearly as fresh or attractive. Even some of the furniture was different.
