Genteel Home Santa Teresa

Perfect location and lovely property.

The host was very nice to communicate with and made check in and check out easy. We appreciated the kitchen package with olive oil, and salt/pepper, coffee. The air conditioning worked well. We were pleased to have a washing machine in the unit and a large drying rack.

I did not like the layout of the apartment. Two floors split the unit and you entered at the lower level where the bedrooms are located. It felt dark and cramped, even though the actual bedrooms were a decent size. The quality of the bedding and bath towels was terrible. Bathrooms were also poor and needed upgrading. I am not happy with the price I paid for the two nights with the quality of the accommodations. Therefore, I will not be recommending Genteel Home Santa Teresa to family and friends.

Alex was amazing!! The communication was so good! It made everything so much easier for me as the planner for this trip! Alex replied in a timely manner and provided so much information on things to do that it made our stay so much better! Victor was also very nice and its great to see and hear how he wants to elevate the stay with the renovations! Walkable distance to many attractions! The entire team was amazing, made our first time in seville so stress free. Will definitely book with genteel next time I'm back in Spain.

There was construction noise quite early morning so it made sleeping in a little hard.

We had selected that it needed to have terrace in the filter. The photos online showed a terrace. The lady who handed us the keys on arrival said we only had access to a communal terrace. This turned out to be untrue. It did not even have access to a communal terrace. I see from other reviews now that others have been duped too. It is deliberately misleading to display such photos when it's not true. The hosts admitted that only 1 apartment has the terrace and it is private to that apartment. We simply would not have booked this place and paid the extra we did had we known that it was just for a flat. Others elsewhere would have been just a lovely but much cheaper.
