The Ground Floor welcomes you with two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features two 90 x 190 cm beds that can be combined into a 180 x 190 cm double bed, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. Bedroom 2 also includes two 90 x 190 cm beds (which can be combined) and a TV for your convenience. The stylish shower room is equipped with complimentary shampoo, gel, and a Bluetooth speaker, allowing you to enjoy your favorite music or podcasts while getting ready.
On the First Floor, you’ll find Bedroom 3, which includes a cozy double bed (135 x 190 cm), a TV, and an ensuite shower room (Bathroom 2). This floor also houses the main kitchen and living area, designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and all the essentials you need for preparing meals, while the living area, complete with a TV and comfortable sofa, provides a cozy space for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. For shared meals, the spacious dining area includes an extendable table that comfortably seats up to 10 guests. Very nice property, incredibly central. Great roof terrace although the two elderly people in our party couldn't use it - I'd recommend that people do believe the description which explains that the final staircase up to that terrace and a bedroom (which doesn't have an ensuite) really is via steep, slim stairs without handrail. It didn't impact our stay or bother us at all, just good for others to know. Very helpful manager in Rocio - thank you for a great trip.

The location is excellent, but even more so is the service John & Rocio provide. The house is complete with everything you could think of, and even then, J&R are interested in fine-tuning any little request one may have. I loved having the bottle of wine as an arrival gift. The home was very clean and up to international standards. The rooftop makes all the difference in the stay and makes the home that much larger. This was one of the best rentals we've ever had. I can't say enough about the home AND service J&R provides.
