We enjoyed a wonderful respite at the Boutique San Bernardo. It is in a lovely off the beaten track location and therefore more quiet. Fabulous little cafe across the street for morning coffee and bites. We could easily walk 20 minutes to get to most sites. Fernando was a gracious and welcoming host. After a few funny hiccups our stay was fabulous. There are 7 rooms but not all were open to us when we arrived. Fernando came by and opened the rooms for us. The check in and out was easy and we were able to leave our luggage post check-out which made our day much easier. I wouldn’t recommend this home to toddlers or those individuals not comfortable with stairs. We loved our Madrid getaway. Gracias Fernando!

The Boutique home was an exceptional place to stay. Fernando is a very responsive and caring host. The home is well equipped and located in a charming neighborhood with sidewalk cafes and many locals we got to know and talk to. We had 12 adults for our stay and the home never disappointed and is within walking distance of many of the sites and historic areas in Seville. We loved it — especially the roof top patio at which we gathered every morning for coffee and evening for fun. We highly recommend this property.

This property is absolutely beautiful - I would say even better than the photos. Everyone in my party was incredibly impressed - the only downside is it made the property I rented in the next city look very mediocre! Location is great - quiet street but close walk to everything we wanted to see. The host,Fernando,was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay. This place is perfect for multiple family stay or larger groups. The location is waliknkng distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery. Fernandonis a great host and the home provides all the essentials. We absolutely loved our stay
