Appartement très spacieux et calme, très bien situé géograpiquement. On aprrécie ses trois chambres et ses 3 salles de bains. Très bien pour une grande famille ou venir entre amis à 6 personnes (1 lit double + 2x2 lits simples).
Il faudrait penser à entretenir les robinets et paroi de douche qui fuient (je suis allée deux fois et c'était à chaque fois le cas). C'est un appartement 3 chambres donc pour 6 personnes., et il n'y a trop peu de vaisselle pour manger et cuisiner.. dommage...

Sehr schönes geräumiges Appartement auf 2 Ebenen mit 2 Bädern, gute Ausstattung, sauber. Das Doppelbett hat eine bequeme Matratze. Die Lage ist optimal, Sehenswürdigkeiten alle fußläufig gut zu erreichen, Zugbahnhof San Bernardo und Haltestelle Flughafenbus in wenigen Min. erreichbar. Ein anfängliches Problem mit dem Zugangscode konnte mit dem Vermieter sofort gelöst werden.
In den Waschbecken fließt das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab. Terrasse etwas lieblos, nur 2 Liegen und komplett ohne Beschattung. Kein persönlicher Kontakt bei Wohnungsübergabe finden wir immer etwas schade.

The location was great close to the center, to public transportation and easy to find parking for the car.
The apartment was full of insects, probably moths. Hundreds of moths. When the owner was reported, he simply brought us an insecticide to spray. The apartment should have been cleaned and sprayed. Also, the one bathroom on the first floor had a water leak on the ground floor, tragic..
