About this apartment rental
Our apartment is centrally located and quiet, situated in an elegant neighborhood of Seville, very close to the civil courts. It’s a five-minute walk from Plaza de España and María Luisa Park, and in just two minutes you’ll reach the metro stop that will take you right to the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Santa Cruz neighborhood in less than ten minutes.
It’s very spacious and comfortable (washer, dryer, smart TV with various streaming platforms, spacious living room, sheets, towels, and complimentary cleaning and toiletries at your disposal). Free parking is available. In the kitchen, you can have whatever you’d like for breakfast: coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter, jam, pastries, cereal, eggs, fruit, pâtés, cold cuts, and cheeses. We’re here to help if you need advice or encounter any issues—whether caused by us or not—and we’ll do our best to resolve them immediately. Ideal for families or groups of friends. We enjoy maintaining a warm and friendly relationship with our guests whenever possible.

The apartment was in good condition, although it had a strong sewer smell at first. Luckily, it didn’t linger throughout our stay, even when we opened the windows. The towels, however, smelled of mold. The apartment is fairly close to the city center and overlooks a park that gets noisy at night because it’s popular with young people.
The real problem was the communication. The check-in instructions stated that we would find a lockbox with the keys. A few hours before our arrival, the owner sent a message saying she would be there to meet us instead, a message I only saw when we were already almost at the apartment. As a result, we had to wait for her to arrive. The lockbox mentioned in the instructions didn’t exist. She didn’t speak a word of English, and after making us wait, she even started talking on her phone instead of speaking to us. Very rude.
At checkout, I texted her several times to ask if we could leave our bags in the apartment for a few hours, but I never received a response. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Fortunately, we didn’t have any special needs, but if you ever need assistance, don’t expect to receive any.
