Sehr nett eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und praktisch. Sehr ruhig trotz sehr guter Lage. Alles war sehr sauber und hat gut funktioniert. Manuel von Magno Appartments hat sich sehr nett und effektiv um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert.

Good location. Close to Plaza Espana and the cathedral. Good rest even though there is no sound proofing. The neighbors are OK.

The apartment is in poor condition. It needs attention from the owner. Lack of cleaning. Bad maintenance. I want to emphasize that the after we have arrived there were problems with the hot water and the kitchen faucet. We informed the owner and the next day problems were solved. But still, the apartment need attention from the owner - e.g. changing the kitchen cabinets, stovetop (need a light otherwise not working), countertop broken (excess of silicone used in the sink area), small space for kitchen, very small bathroom (you need to pay attention to the water not to wet the bathroom door)... Dirty floors....the examples can continue. Too expensive for what it offers.
