De locatie ligt dicht bij het centrum, supermarktjes en barretjes. Het appartement is comfortabel.

'S nachts was het onrustig vanwege het drukke nachtleven. Wat natuurlijk normaal is in een grote stad.

El piso es una preciosidad, buena decoración, equipamiento y sofá grande. Ubicación fantástica. Fácil acceso.

Las ventanas (amplío la información). El piso tiene 2 habitaciones, es imposible dormir en la habitación principal son ventanas de hace bastantes años y parece que está abierta la ventana, se oye absolutamente todo, es increíble. No le doy más puntuación por este motivo. Leí varios comentarios sobre esto pero creí que no era para tanto y ¡si lo es!. Menos mal que hay otra habitación para dormir que aunque la ventana sea igual de "fina" por decirlo de alguna manera, no se oye tanto al dar a un patio interior.

The property location was good. The cleanliness was good. Bedsheets, towels etc were all pretty good. It was nor far from the bus station. We walked to this property from the central bus station and it took about 15 minutes. Also super store and restaurants were nearby.

The property had one double bed in eash room. One of those beds was large enough to accommodate 2 people but the other was small. one of us had to sleep on living room sofa. Secondly, when we reached, the wifi information shared on the app was not accurate. When I called and asked the host, she then gave me the correct information. Thirdly, the living room AC suddenly stopped working around midnight. I left messages on both booking.com and on whatsapp to the host but they were responded next day around 9am, even though the host had shared a phone number and claimed it will be available for help 24/7. Also, I believe the property was quite expensive as compared to the facilities it had.

Great location - can reach main Seville attractions within 5-10min. Kitchen was quite well equiped for cooking. Had lots of washing up liquid. Bedrooms were spacious enough for a 6 night stay. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well. Living room was pleasant to spend an evening with a glass of wine. The iron and an ironing board was very helpful. No noisy neighbours during our stay.

The kitchen ideally needs an addition of a cheese grater and a kitchen towel. The ground coffee left for use was stale. The matresses in the bedrooms were way too soft even for our liking and the stains on the matress was unpleasant. The bed sheet also had stains. Unfortunately the shower was not cleaned for our arrival as it had hair in it. Also, the floor everywhere had quite a bit of dirt and dust. Needed a good hoovering. A fair warning about the bedroom facing the street - the bar is open till middnight and quite noisy. Then comes the trash collection, bin cleaning and then street cleaning machines. Very noisy will about 2am in the morning. The windows do nothing to stop the noise. The other bedroom is facing the inner shared courtyard. Sleeping with open windows in the heat didn't do much for air flow. Then the cleaner decided to turn up one morning at 3am and start cleaning with banging, waking us up! Who cleans rental properties at 3am in the morning! Also, she decided to leave plastic container for the condensation from the air conditioner to drip into creating a super annoying dripping noise. The air conditioner in the living room did not work. We had an unfortunate situation where the water started to massively overflow through a disc on the floor that was keeping the shower and sink water locked away. The agency had workers came and fix it the next day, which we were grateful for, but the worker stepped into the shower with his boots leaving dirt behind and then noone even offered to come clean the dirty floor from the water that had pooled in from the pipes. Very little care for the hygiene standards. The communication with the agency was pleasant but when the worker had to come over, we had to leave him our keys, meaning at one point when I had to comeback to the property I was locked out with no response from the agency for a while. Just left stranded in the street. At that time I didn't know I could whats app them.
