El apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta. Está rodeado de todo tipo de servicios y se puede ir andando a los sitios más emblemáticos de la ciudad. El apartamento esta con todo tipo de comodidades (aire en todas las habitaciones, utensilios, menaje, ropa de baño y cama....)y una limpieza inmejorable en todos los espacios.
Lo único es que el acceso es solo por escalera y puede ser una traba para ciertas personas que tengan algún tipo de dificultad o niños con carrito.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet. Ca 20 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Mit dem Badezimmer waren wir auch sehr zufrieden.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Leider waren nur 3 Stühle am Esstisch vorhanden, obwohl wir die Wohnung zu viert gebucht haben. Die Anfrage diesbezüglich blieb unbeantwortet. Es stinkt im Treppenhaus nach Abwasser. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr dunkel, die Fenster schauen auf einen Lichthof. Steile Treppe ins 1.OG.

A disponibilidade e localização.
De forma geral gostamos de tudo. Algo que melhorava por exemplo deixarem sacos para o lixo e ter papel de cozinha.

Posizione ottimale per visitare la città ma ricordarsi che il posteggio per l'auto non è compreso e trovarne in zona piuttosto complesso, anche solo fermarsi per scaricare le valigie.... Supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze, piuttosto fornito.
Non è possibile areare l'appartamento, le camere sono praticamente "cieche" poichè le finestre danno su dei cavedi interni chiusi e in cui gocciolano i condizionatori, con evidenti problemi di "umidità".
Le dotazioni di stoviglie sono davvero minime rendendo praticamente impossibile preparare i pasti e mangiare in 4 contemporaneamente.
