About this apartment rental
Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace. It is centrally located on Av. Menéndez Pelayo, at the border of Santa Cruz, near the Murillo gardens. The Cathedral is only 10-15 minutes' walk away - making it a great starting point to explore the city of Seville. Suitable for 4 guests.
The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Spacious rooms are fitted with air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and marble flooring.
The living room has a small balcony facing the street. It is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 4 chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.
The kitchen is equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 x 190 cm), a fitted wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and a fitted wardrobe. Both rooms face the back of the apartment and are very quiet to sleep.
From the corridor is the access to the second bathroom, also with a walk-in shower.
Spiral stairs lead up to the private terrace. It is furnished and decorated with plants and garden furniture: sofa, chairs, table and a canopy to give shade.
The apartment is on the second floor of a residential building, with elevator.

This apartment was large and comfortable and had a well equiped kitchen . Lots of room to spread out. Really appreciated the washing machine !
The apartment was quiet and had AC and fans in the bedrooms as well.
Easy communication with the host and met us at the apartment.
Roof top deck was a nice extra. We used it early in morning or late at night due to visiting in July (very hot) .
The bathrooms (2)were fine , just a couple design flaws, tight space to close the door when getting to the toilet And water can get on the floor as the shower does not have a full enclosure. A litle water damage on door and around shower.
Location was great, we were able to walk to sites easily . Convenience store close by as well as restaurants. Try the good Moroccan restaurant (Fez)around the corner .

Excellent apartment. Great location. Loved the roof top! We would recommend this apartment.
I would suggest the owners fix the dining table. It tends to wobble and is an accident waiting to happen with wine glasses. Other than that, fantastic!!

Property was very much as shown on site. The terrace was great. It's on a fairly busy road but the bedrooms are at the back. It's well located and has some really lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Pizza place just round the corner was great for pizza on the roof terrace but we mainly ate out. Good property and we had a great time in Seville.

The apartment was well located and pleasant for the stay. Only issue was that for two mornings there was building working next door starting at 7.30am so not ideal for a holiday. I think this should be communicated to visitors and they should be offered the chance to change the booking.
