Palacio del siglo XVII frente a los Jardines de Murillo

Location, comfort, staff, quiet, breakfast deliveries, facilities. It was fabulous. Easy walk through the beautiful gardens to the palace, cathedral, etc. And some fantastic restaurants virtually next door. Supermarket nearby - we LOVED it!

Slight difficulty getting round to "my" side of the bed as the gap was very narrow, and the TV screen on the wall got in the way.

First of all the room was stunning it looked like something out of a Spanish / Italian movie with the balconies etc it was super clean and immaculate especially the bathroom.the location was amazing it was our first time in Seville and everything was within walking distance , the furthest place was 20 mins walking max the coffee shops were all below the property etc.

Plenty of space. Clean and simple. Brilliant location for access to the old town, the Cathedral and Alcázar. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the host’s recommendations proved to be good, including the two either side of the apartment building. Excellent communication from host and easy to access apartment using key supplied via text for use on phone.

We stayed 3 nights and were woken at 6.00am each morning - we think it was from the restaurant next door preparing for breakfast. The kitchen facilities were basic - not even a kettle. The breakfast was very disappointing. It was delivered in a box the previous night and for the most part was made up of unappetising ultra processed long-life items - expected better for the price.

Very convenient location — close to car access and was very clean.

Very poorly equipped with no thought to actual use and convenience. No towel hooks or towel bar in the upstairs bathroom, no hot water in the downstairs bathroom, towels were cheap and thin compared to the other apartments along our trip. No bottle opener for wine or beer, and lack of instructions for using the AC/heat. Poor drainage in downstairs bathroom sink, poor drainage of downstairs shower too. Just overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Also worth noting when we checked in, the upstairs bed was completely soaking wet from a leak in the ceiling.
