Safe, clean and comfortable!

We loved the proximity to the historic area, sites, gardens. We loved the ambiance. The apartment was lovely, spacious, high ceilings, very comfortable bed, awesome shower, 2 wonderful balconies with views, everything we needed including. air ckn, washing machine, dishwasher & cooking equipment.

The only thing that wasn't comfortable was the couch because we couldn't sit down without the seat cushions falling out of the sofa each time we moved but honestly we weren't worried because we weren't there to sit on the couch :)

The property is centrally located in the heart of old Seville. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was inviting, there were great cafes and eateries nearby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. While I understand this was unique to our unit, there was something delightful and energizing just thinking that a cool swimming pool was waiting for us when we got back from our sight seeing adventures in extreme temperatures.

This is not unique to this property, but small ants are a fact of life in Southern Spain (we saw them at all units we stayed at all around Andalusia, including a couple in this unit).

Very convenient location — close to car access and was very clean.

Very poorly equipped with no thought to actual use and convenience. No towel hooks or towel bar in the upstairs bathroom, no hot water in the downstairs bathroom, towels were cheap and thin compared to the other apartments along our trip. No bottle opener for wine or beer, and lack of instructions for using the AC/heat. Poor drainage in downstairs bathroom sink, poor drainage of downstairs shower too. Just overall a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Also worth noting when we checked in, the upstairs bed was completely soaking wet from a leak in the ceiling.
