Tutto!casa bellissima adatta a 9/10 persone senza mai avere sensazione di ambiente affollato. I bagni perfetti, 2 all'interno di due camere e altri 2 fuori. Asciugamani morbidissimi, letti molto comodi. L'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente in tutta casa 8 split diversi, l'ambiente si raffreddava e non abbiamo mai avuto sensazione di calore, considerando che fuori era davvero molto caldo..tornare a casa dopo girare Siviglia era sempre un piacere. Abbiamo trascorso dei bei momenti in un contesto di relax. Il Patio crea un'atmosfera unica.
Unico piccolissimo neo, la porta esterna sembra avere una chiusura che non da molta sensazione di sicurezza. Aggiungerei la possibilità di chiudere dall'interno con un'ulteriore chiave o serratura.

Property was clean and comfortable. The pictures match the reality. Location is great and the management was very responsive to any request or need.
It was a bit musty, but kind of to be expected in a centuries old building.

Les chambres pour tout le monde avec des lits immenses, la proximité de la cathédrale, le patio, les salle de bain, tout est neuf, c'est magnifique ! La master bedroom avec le super dressing !
Odeur d'égout ? Ca me faisait penser à Venise
L'insonorisation des chambres qui donnent sur la ruelle, on entend très bien les passants.
Équipement un peu léger, manque de couvert, pas de bac à glaçons, pas d'épluche légumes
Manque un peu de déco au mur, quelques livres / jeux, un classeur avec des adresses,...

Lo mejor fue la ubicación y la decoración de la casa, tiene una reforma muy buena.
Obligación de pagar una fianza que una semana después seguimos sin recibir de vuelta.
Insuficiente energía contratada, saltaba todo el tiempo la luz con poco uso. Solo la cocina, hacía que saltase todo. Sin cocina pero poniendo los aires, saltaba también.
Habitaciones con humedad, una pareja mayor se puso muy mala por la humedad que había en la habitación, que además estaba llena de polvo. Bonita reforma pero necesitaba limpieza profunda.
La comunicación es muy buena, pero todo es con un chatbot de IA y cuando conseguimos hablar con trabajadores eran poco resolutivos
