Genteel Home Aire

A large, spacious, bright, and cozy apartment right in the city center, but surprisingly quiet and away from the noise. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Seville.

The apartment is in the center of the old town part of the city, in a nice quiet area but just a minutes walk to many bars and restaurants - as well as the historic sites. A really nice location with little street noise, despite being on the first floor. The apartment itself has a nice living space and well equipped kitchen with additional welcome packs with most of the things that you may need (dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid etc.) very helpful. The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds in, one slightly larger than the other two. There are two bathrooms with showers and one with a bath - this was very convenient having a small child and also grandparents staying! The apartment was clean and nicely decorated.

The air conditioning basically had two settings - either off (when the rooms get a little stuffy) or on, when the rooms get ice cold. The control panels were also not very responsive and even the person who passed us the keys admitted the setup was ''tricky!'' This should be replaced. The outer doors are difficult to lock. When entering the apartment, we had to lock the outer door by putting hands through the bars to lock the door by the padlock from the outside... not ideal. Also when we left the apartment at the end of our stay we left the keys in the apartment, but were unable to lock the out door - as you need the key to do so... also not ideal.

Es un departamento excepcional. Muy bien ubicado, a distancia caminable de todo. Muy cómodo y decorado con buen gusto, acogedor. Buenos espacios, 3 habitaciones y 3 baños completos. Está al lado de tres columnas de la era romana, que se ven por la ventana.

Está ubicado en pleno histórico. Para llegar al departamento hay que bajarse o estacionarse en auto a varias cuadras del departamento, y caminar con las maletas.
