-Great Location -Spacious -Excellent Kitchen and Bathroom Facilities -Great Bedrooms -Air Conditioning worked very well

-Unfortunately the living room wasn't the cleanest. -The carpet in the living room was very dirty and this should be replaced asap. -Seemed like the living room was not hoovered properly. -Curtains had a very damp smell. -We had to clean all the tables/surfaces ourselves.

Everything! location just by the city center not in the middle of crowd but very close to all attractions, condition of the apartment; clean very modern well equipped ..and the customer service was very helpful from checkin to check out responsing very quickly for the questions or requests

A luggage storage area in thr building would be perfect but there is a luggage storage service close by

Very comfortable studio apartment which was centrally located and easy walking to main attractions. Very clear instructions on access and facilities. Nice touches like well stocked cleaning pack (dishwasher tablets and washing tablets) and also drinks pack. Very clean.

Nothing to complain about!

Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants around. Easy to walk everywhere but also has bus routes on the doorstep. We travelled with a toddler and they provided a high chair and a cot without having to ask for it. Very organised toiletry and welcome pack including basics for cooking and washing up. All furniture is very new and the kitchen appliances are too. Smart tv connects to Netflix, Disney plus etc. The staff were very quick to respond to queries over WhatsApp.

The room doesn’t lock from the inside which means that my toddler could reach the handle and escape at any point. It’s worrying that they let us book this room despite knowing about this feature. The bedroom is next to a very busy road- don’t book if noise annoys you at night.
