Cozy corner 2 bed apartment Island Puerto Marina

Excellent location, couldn't be better.

Apartment is a bit worn in places and could benefit from a makeover. Jacuzzi bath doesn't work and the shower leaked, as well as a few other minor things like windows that need replacing due to condensation damage and a broken draw in the main bedroom However....despite these things the panoramic view of the marina from the living room is spectacular and the location makes up for the slightly disappointing quality of the Apartment.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a great view looking out toward the boats on the marina. Lots of shops and restaurants are nearby as soon as you leave the island. This apartment has the advantage that it doesn't face the shops and restaurants, so the evenings are nice & quiet as you watch the boats sailing into/out of the harbour right beneath the balcony. Two bathrooms, both with showers, is also a bonus when travelling with family. Use of the rooftop pool is also really nice if you don't fancy the 2 minute walk to either of the two sandy beaches with warm, calm, shallow sea nearby.

The rooftop pool is rather small in this block, but you also have access to the larger rooftop pool on the opposite apartment block. The kitchen is pretty small in this apartment but it still gives everything you need, including microwave, fridge freezer, hob, dishwasher and kettle, plus a washing machine in the utility area.

Location was excellent. Our host Paulina was very welcoming and accommodating.

Property view/size/location was perfect

Main double bed was very small and mattress hard so had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed. Decor/Sheets/kitchen equipment very old and outdated.
