The property was lovely and in a perfect area. We understand July is a busy time but the apartment needed a better clean.
The communication whilst we were in the apartment wasn’t good, I would have thought when I sent pictures of the hairs left in bathrooms and finger marks on the microwave fridge etc. we would have at least received a message back of an apology and sent someone to clean, instead I had to spend time cleaning on my arrival 🙁Then you didn’t even acknowledge that glass was left in the rug and my son cut his foot(which I sent a picture of). We didn’t even get a reply ! You were quick to answer messages when you wanted the deposit! The apartment was lovely but needs a deep clean 🧼
