The apartment is very spacious comfortable and clean. We had a very great time there. The apartment has everything we need. We are so happy living there.

The apartment is on the highest floor, it is little difficult to climb the stairs for old people.

Sehr sauber bis in die letzte Ecke, hell, komfortable Einrichtung, alles vorhanden, sehr gute Informationen vorab, echter Wohlfühl-Ort.

Nur zwei kleine Anregung zur Optimierung: Eines der Betten war zum Ausziehen, für Erwachsene wäre die Ausstattung aller Schlafzimmer mit gleichwertigen Betten noch reizvoller. Ein Vorleger für die Dusche wäre zusätzlich klasse, wir haben eines der vorhandenen Duschtücher genutzt.

Bis auf die Punkte s.o. sehr gut

Die Schlüsselübergabe war okay, man könnte vielleicht darauf hinweisen, dass man einfach durch das gegenüberliegende Tor gehen kann und schon in der beschriebenen Straße zur Schlüsselabholung gelangt.

Man hätte nochmals explizit darauf hinweisen können, dass das Appartement im 4. Stock des Hauses ohne Fahrstuhl liegt. Nicht jeder kann mehrfach am Tag problemlos so viele Stufen steigen.
