Cute and well equipped apartment in the city center.

Very nice apartment in the center of Flensburg. The apartment has everything you need and it has a good layout. It also has a very cute courtyard. The communication with the host was quick and friendly. We booked at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us without issue. They also provided us with a cot for our baby. We were also able to bring our dog. And a parking spot was also available free of charge.

We paid 25 euros for the cot which is high. The max we have paid before was 15 euros.

we really liked the house, the furniture, the style and the location.

Unfortunately the key box was broken. However, the host (currently in South Africa) answered and directed us to the backup keys. I guess the problem was that the owner was not informed. At the end, we managed to go in. So thumbs up for the owner herself, but not for the people taking care of the property while she is away. The rest was great: we loved the house, the furniture and everything else!

I didn't read properly when booking (my bad), but towels are not included and for this price it won't make a big difference for the owner to offer them.

Good find in a great location

Overall the stay was okay and everything worked out well. Location was great. Check in and check out went smoothly!

Not having towels included was a bit difficult, especially if you come from afar and travel by plane. Otherwise it would’ve been good to see a photo of the stairs on the second floor leading to the beds on the third floor. After arriving we had to rearrange the planning of the beds, as it was not comfortable for older people / couple with baby to stay in the upper apartment. The sofa bed in the apartment downstairs is quite basic; it works well but it isn’t comfortable.

Je kan niet centraler en authentieker zitten in Flensburg.

Fantastische locatie, rustig maar toch centraal, heel gezellig met liefde ingericht huisje, alles was aanwezig. Heel netjes. Restaurants, bakkerijen en winkels om de hoek.

Højt placeret hems med stejle stiger. Alle soverum var i et loftrum , underligt rum. Gårdhaven manglede at blive lysnet da grene og blade groede udover terrasse

Mooi verblijf, slechte schoonmaak

De locatie was goed met gratis parkeren. Huis was mooi ingericht.

Er waren 4 bedden met een hele hoge ladder, dus konden niet alle kinderen daar laten slapen. Niet alle bedden waren verschoond en daarbij was er niet schoongemaakt. Badkamer rook niet schoon en badmat moest worden gewassen. Uiteindelijk schoonmaakkosten terug betaald gekregen, dat was erg aardig van de eigenares. Zij gaf aan dat ze problemen had vast schoonmaakpersoneel te krijgen en daar mee bezig was. Maar ik had liever wat anders geboekt, als ik dit geweten had.

Palazzina di due piani in pieno centro città ma in una zona molto tranquilla. Il nostro appartamento era al secondo piano con una piccola cucina ma attrezzatissima e un salone molto accogliente. La zona notte è nella zona rialzata con una sistemazione che ho trovato eccezionale e piena di fascino. Tutto l’arredamento della casa mi ha fatto vivere l’atmosfera di una casa tipica di un centro storico.L’host è stato sempre pronto a rispondere ad ogni mia richiesta. Impagabile il posteggio gratuito poco dietro la palazzina. E’ stato un soggiorno meraviglioso

Zweites Schlafzimmer nicht nutzbar, Schimmel im Bad; schmuddeliges Sofa und Inventar

Die Wohnung ist an sich eine schöne Immobilie, die optimal gelegen ist in Flensburg.

Die Wohnung benötigt aktuell an einigen Stellen Investition und Wartung, um dem Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis und dem Prädikat „fabelhaft“ gerecht zu werden. (Fotos vorhanden!) 1. Eine Schlafkammer war nicht nutzbar wegen durchgelegener Matratze, die fürs Schlafen definitiv ungeeignet ist. (Wir hatten absichtlich ein kostspieligeres Appartement mit 2 Schlafräumen gebucht, um uns als Familie, die sich selten sehen kann im Jahr, gut erholen zu können. Haben dann aber eine Woche im gleichen Zimmer mit der erwachsenen Tochter übernachten müssen. 2. Schimmel an mehreren Stellen an der Außenwand des Bades. (Bin Diplom Biologin und weiß, wie Schimmel aussieht!) 3. Schmuddeliges, fleckiges und defektes Mobiliar und Inventar, darunter Sofa, Läufer, Sitzkissen, Handtuchhalter und Toilettenpapierhalterung. 4. Last not least: Beim Preis von rund 200 Euro pro Nacht erwartet man das zur Verfügung stellen von Handtüchern. Schließlich gibt es auch Gäste, die per Bahn oder mit dem Flieger anreisen! Wir hatten vor dem Buchen leider nur die ersten sehr positiven Bewertungen bei Booking.com gelesen und fanden erst nachträglich heraus, dass einige andere Gäste die genannten Mängel ebenfalls bereits in den letzten 2 Jahren beanstandet haben.

Beliggenheden er helt i top ved gågade og park lige om hjørnet. Huset er praktisk og hyggeligt indrettet og tro mod den tid det er fra. Gårdhaven er fantastisk fin, et lille åndehul hvor solen også når ned.

Sengen var 140 cm. i beskrivelsen stod der, at der var en dobbeltseng.

Eine charmante Altbauwohnung mit allem ausgestattet, in der Flensburger Altstadt

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Flensburger Altstadt. Sie ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist sauber. Es gibt Teller, Besteck einen Herd und alles, was man so braucht. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, der zu der Wohnung gehört. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es liegen Informationen über die Stadt aus. Zugang ist jederzeit möglich, da der Schlüssel in einem Schlüsselsafe deponiert wird.

Ich hatte übersehen, dass ausgerechnet Handtücher mitzubringen oder für 20,- Eur zu buchen sind. Warum verstehe ich nicht, denn Bettwäsche wurde kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt, was an der Ostsee nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ein Handtuchhalter war lose in der Wand, habe versucht ihn besser zu befestigen, aber man braucht einen Inbus-Schlüssel dazu. Die Türen quietschen und könnten etwas Öl gebrauchen.

Super hyggelig, rummelig og ren lejlighed kun et stenkast fra gågaden.

Der var lidt lydt om natten, når biler kørte forbi på den brostensbelagte vej - men vi fik en god nattesøvn alligevel.
