Location

I booked this place because it was near where my daughter lives. The location was good, and I saw the picture of the family who runs this place on Booking.com and Airbnb, so I thought it would be a nice place but unfortunately, it was not. Normally, I don’t complain because I’m an easygoing person, but I do not recommend this place for the following reasons. I truly hope the owner will fix these issues. The main problem is cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom need deep cleaning or renovation. The bed in the bedroom was full of dust, which caused an allergy for my wife. The room was very humid, and we had to keep the window open because of a bad smell this even made my daughter sick. There were no basic items such as soap, shampoo, or hand wash. Even simple things like tea bags were missing. And although I knew from the listing that towels were not included, it still made the stay uncomfortable. Finally, the rain gutter is broken, and during the night, it makes a loud noise like a waterfall, which makes it hard to sleep. I hope the owner will fix these problems and invest a little in maintenance. For now, I definitely cannot recommend this place.

Lovely flat, nicely decorated.

The was no towels! Checked my messages and there was a comment to bring our own towels. Not easy when you are on holiday for three weeks. There was no bathroom either. The shower was in the bedroom. Would not have been a great problem. But was not mentioned.

Die Küche hat eine Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Das Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Kellerwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Schlüsselübergabe mit Türcode war unproblematisch. Die Küche mit Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Toilette ist separat.

Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieter hat 2x nicht geklappt. Es ist eine Kellerwohnung und ziemlich dunkel, das war uns nach der Beschreibung bei der Buchung nicht klar. Die Dusche im Schlafzimmer ist eng und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da kein Raum für das Bad abgetrennt ist. Es ist kein Platz zum Abstellen von Fahrräder auf dem Grundstück und der kleine Weg zur Haustür mit 3x 3 (relativ hohe) Stufen war schmal und zugewachsen, ebenso die Terasse, diese war sehr schattig. Nebenan ist eine Baustelle: sehr laut.

Behaglich und sauber

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung, schöne Küche mit großem Essplatz. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Wenig Tageslicht, was im Winter aber kaum eine Rolle spielt. Nach hinten gelegen und mit gut isolierten Fenstern, deswegen auch schön ruhig. Für uns eine gute Basis für die Besuche bei der Familie.

Der Bewegungsmelder der Außenbeleuchtung muss mal freigeschnitten werden. Ohne Taschenlampe ist die Treppe zur Haustür sonst eine Stolperfalle. Das stählerne Rankgitter an der Hausecke ragt sehr weit vor, was uns einen Jackenärmel gekostet hat.

Super hyggelig lejlighed

Super hyggelig høj kælderlejlighed med mulighed for at sidde udenfor. Pragtfuld senge. sov så god. Rigelig plads til 2 personer, hyggelig stue, dejlig spisekøkken, med alt hvad der dertil hører. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Lugten fra toiletrensen, der sad i toilettet, var ikke så rar. men det er måske bare os. En lille smule støj fra nabohuset, der er ved at blive renoveret, men det generede ikke umiddelbart.
