Welcome to the tastefully furnished studio apartment “UferNest,” located on the first floor of the well-maintained and idyllically situated Strandresidenz Wassersleben residential and vacation complex on the beach. With approximately 45 square meters of space, it can accommodate up to four people. The spacious and bright living/dining room with integrated kitchen creates a pleasant atmosphere.
The adjoining bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together if required. A high-quality pull-out sofa in the living room is also available as a comfortable guest bed. The modern shower room completes the offer.
The windows, which can be darkened at night, offer a fantastic view of the Flensburg Fjord and the surrounding coast. The booking price includes the use of a designated parking space. Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor, where a washing machine and dryer can be used. A storage room for bicycles is also available.

Covering around 150 square meters, the store offers a wide selection of everyday local goods.
