This recently and extensively renovated, modernly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Building 2 in the Strandresidenz Wassersleben apartment complex. With a living area of 45 m², it is ideal for couples, small families, and guests who value comfort and a prime location.
As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll notice the open, bright layout. The combined living and dining area is tastefully furnished with modern pieces and features high-quality vinyl flooring, which creates a cozy atmosphere and is easy to maintain. A comfortable sofa and an armchair invite you to relax. A large cable TV with digital reception is available for entertainment. Additionally, the apartment offers a DVD player, a hi-fi system, a radio, a CD player, and a selection of books and games—ensuring plenty of variety even when the weather isn’t ideal.
The bedroom is furnished with high-quality furniture, vinyl flooring, and ample storage space in the form of a dresser and a wardrobe.
