The apartment is decorated in Scandinavian style with its three bedrooms, inviting also to be pulling back, two bathrooms as well as over 45 m² Loggia want a little extra space a perfect destination for all. One of the bathroom offers rain shower, whirlpool, sauna and underfloor heating all the comforts for relaxing moments. The kitchen is next to a dishwasher and an extra large fridge and freezer equipped with everything needed for spells of menus.
Enjoy extensive evenings on the porch, which even on cooler days allows a comforting stay with infrared heat, or take a leisurely stroll in the nearby parks or down in Flensburg pedestrian zone with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.
Also, the apartment has Wi-Fi, private parking, washing machine, dryer and high chair and cot.

The place was perfect for me and my colleagues. We had no issue finding the place and loved how close it was to the main walking areas of Flensburg. The location was clean and very welcoming. Much better than any hotel could have been.

We arrived on friday afternoon and realized that we had missunderstood the information about towels and bed linens. One phonecall and 30 minutes later Phillip was there with both towels and linens. Very kind! The apartment is big and well cleaned. We used the sauna one evening and it was very nice. We cooked dinner on saturday and didnt miss anything in the kitchen. We hope to visit the apartment again next spring.

This is a lovely apartment with equally lovely hosts. Everything you could possibly want is included to ensure a visit to remember. The accommodation is spacious, clean and has every modern convenience. Plenty of room to stretch out, comfortable beds and handy recommendations for restaurants and attractions nearby. The location is central with almost everything within walking distance. We cannot recommend this property highly enough! An unequivocal recommendation with thumbs up to Philipp & Heidi!

Spacious appartment, 2 big bedrooms and 1 smallerbedroom good for children.The appartment is supplied with everything ones needs to feel at home. Walkable distance to the center. We had the advantage to meet Philipp, he was very nice and helpfull. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a stay in Flensburg.

We had problem when someone blocked our car in the driveway. The owner, Philipp dealt with the problem and found a solution right away. We also enjoyed the sauna and the wonderful shower. We cook a lot and the well equipped kitchen made food preparation easy.

Cannot say enough good things about the owners and their property. We were lucky enough to be able to rent this property for a year whilst I worked in Flensburg. It is close to everything in the city and lovely and warm in winter for a couple of Aussies away from home and our sunshine. Can only give the highest recommendations. regards Graeme
