Poorly managed site, no outside lights. No customer assistance offered if you need it. STAY AWAY

Absolutely nothing. Stay away. They will not offer any assistance if you need it. You cannot reach them after 5 in the evening

The keys were impossible to collect, since the key safe was nowhere to be found. There were no lights anywhere or signs making easy to find the key safe. Despite calling - for more than 20 minutes - both numbers provided in the confirmation email and writing an e-mail, no one answered the phone or email They did not even call the next morning after hearing my message on their voicemail. I called the host this morning, reported the incident and asked why no one contacted me to help me. The response was, you had all the information you needed. This is a total no-go. Save yourself the headache and enjoy Flensburg somewhere else

Lovely apartment for 12 persons in the center of Flensburg

We were with a group of 9 people and booked this apartment for 1 night. Lovely and clean apartment in the center of Flensburg with 5 spacious bedrooms. The city center and harbour are within walking distance. The main kitchen was well equipped including a dishwasher.

Unfortunately, there were no instructions on how to access the WiFi/WLAN so we couldn't use it.

Wenn man was hatte ein problem oder so wurde sich sehr schnell drum gekümmert und erledigt. War echt klasse. Die Betten sind toll, haben super drin geschlafen 👍

Im Bad die Dusche. Diese war grauenhaft 🫣 Das man auf den Bilder beide Bäder und alles sieht und im entdefekt sind es aber zwei wohnung und wenn die Personenanzahl nicht passt wird die zweite wohnung zugemacht und man kann es nicht nutzen. Und das Bad oben ist wirklich grauenhaft.

vi havde bestilt parkering til 2 biler hvor det viser sig at den ene er i en parkeringskæler, som man skal bruge nøgle til - eneste problem var at nøglen først kunne fåes kl. 16 og vi ankom langt tidligere, da vi skulle på julemarked så vi har betalt for en ubrugelig parkering...

Schimmel sprießt an mehreren Wänden , die komplette Wohnung riecht total muffig , Fenster können nicht geschlossen werden, Bad ist dringend zu renovieren Sollte erst nach einer Renovierung wieder angeboten werden

Heruntergekommene Wohnung

Die Lage war nah an der Innenstadt. Das war es aber auch.

Insgesamt war die Wohnung in einem sehr schlechten baulichen Zustand. Wasserflecken an der Decke, Risse in den Fenstern, kaputte Lattenroste und besonders im Untergeschoss ein starker, modriger Geruch. Zudem war es auch einfach nicht sauber. 2 Personen haben Atembeschwerden bekommen und mussten in ein Hotel umziehen. Der Zustand entsprach leider gar nicht den Bildern. Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr schwierig. Nach Vermittlung durch booking haben wir schließlich 12,5 Prozent der Miete zurückbekommen.

Ruimte in Appartement is goed. Prima lokatie dichtbij gezellig stadscentrum. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen op 2min lopen.

Bedden ronduit oncomfortabel, nieuwe (top)matrassen hard nodig. Beddegoed zeer matig (beter zelf meenemen). 1 toilet in de badkamer, is wat weinig in zo'n ruim appartement. Helaas zaten wij sinds snachts 2.00u zonder stroom en warmwater. Zonder ontbijt/koffie en douche moeten vertrekken.

Das Bad war winzig. Offensichtlich gibt es ein zweites Bad, dessen Tür aber abgeschlossen war.

Die Wohnung ist kein bisschen gemütlich und sehr lieblos eingerichtet. Das Treppenhaus und der Eingangsbereich sind in einem traurigen Zustand.

Fint for en enkelt nat, men gammel bygning/lejlighed.

Vi boede i lejligheden i 1 overnatning på vej syd på. Beliggenheden var rigtig fin (5 min. Gang, og aå er man midt i gågaden), og der var et fint nyt køkken, som man helt sikker kunne lave meget mad i. Resten af lejligheden er af ældre dato, men "opfrisket".

Lejligheden og opgang lugtede desværre rigtig gammelt/indelukket. Sengetøjet havde en meget stærk parfumeret duft, og der var ingen lagner til sengene (udover dem, som lå på sengene i forvejen) Der var fint til en enkelt nat, men tror ikke vi kommer igen en anden gang.

Geniales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Lage war perfekt, keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum ZOB, Innenstadt und Einkaufspassage, keine 15 Minuten zu einem Hafen. Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet, reichlich Platz. Wir hatten genügend Schlafzimmer (aufpassen, drei von fünf Schlafzimmer sind Durchgangszimmer!), es gab zwei Küchen und Badezimmer, genügend Sitzplätze, Handtücher und Bettwäsche! Check-in und -out super einfach mit dem schlüsseltresor!

Leider gab es ein paar kleinere Schäden - Brause in der Badewanne kaputt, ein Bett kaputt. Nach dem Duschen stand leider jedes Mal das Bad komplett unter Wasser. Es ist alles sehr hellhörig.
