Easy, practical, clean

Easy to get in, perfect location, everything you need is in the room. Clean, comfortable.

One thing i wish to improve- the quality of mattresses on the big bed. It felt like sleeping in the whole. So couldn't have a good sleep.

Let Down

When I came to check in on-line (everything with this compant is on-line) I had to go through a series of security checks equivalent to crossing an international border - photograph of passport, followed by having to let them access my laptop camera for a photograph to confirm the passport was really me. Through all that and I had to wtite my personal details including address which should have been easy except for the fact that their site wouldn't recognise my home postcard - which it declared invalid. When I contacted the company on-line they asked me to send a screen shot of their page and the problem I was having. I was in the middle of travelling and touring and really couldn't be bothered so I told them I was canceliiing. Except they wouldn't accept that either. "We do not accept your cancellation" they said. Honestly their customer focus needs a re-set. All of this, of course, is so that they don't have to employ a receptionist or have a physical key pick up. Much easier for them to do it all on-line and save money. Not necessarily easier for the customer who is clearly the junior partner in the transaction. So we didn't stay there, I have no idea what the property is like and I would not deal with this company again. Thank Heavens for the great people at the Hotel am Fjiord who could accommodate us as brilliantly as they had done on our outward journey.

A great stay in Beautiful Flensburg 😍

I loved the apartment, and it was very comfortable and clean. It is in a fantastic location of Flensburg. Everything was close by, and we could walk to wherever we wanted to go.

comfortable and central stay

well equipped studio apt style room, well situated. comfortable bed, pretty decor, nice size shower room.

We were two guests but only received one welcome kit, so maybe that would be something that was not optimal. Corridors could be better signed towards the exit. During our stay the door leading up to the rooms was left open because it was broken, which gave me a little unsafe feeling.

Comfortable, convenient place to stay when visiting the cute town of Flensburg.

Location was excellent. We appreciated the refrigerator (with ice trays!) and being able to have access to a washer/dryer.

The back entrance let us in the first night when we arrived by train/taxi, but not on other nights. We had to walk around.

Comfort in the city centre...

It was an excellent location right in the heart of the city. There are good places to eat and shop within just a few moments walk. The shower was fantastic and the apartment itself was very comfortable.

At the fairly high price charged and considering that they do not have a reception (everything is done remotely), they could include daily service. It was annoying that the coffee was not topped up.

basic appartment located in a shopping street (deserted after hours) with poor (remote) support.

location is nice during the day when the shops are open and the shopping street is alive. once the stores are closed it is a very deserted and lost location.

we had some issues with suspicious people at the entrance trying to copy our entry code. since not all doors allowing entrance to the apartment were fully functional - catching the door code makes it an easy way in for anyone from the street all the way up to the apartments. due to limehome's slow response (one day later by direct message) - this did not made us feel comfortable during our stay. additionally, the TV didn't work (no big deal but these kind of basics should work for the price we paid).

Comfy stay

The location, really close to the main pedestrian precinct. The room was nicely decorated, spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette. Just opposite the Limehome building there was a garage where you can park the car for 20 euros/night, or 2euros/hour.

A bit overpriced, otherwise not much to complain about, besides the lack of breakfast.

Great location right on the main pedestrian street in Flensburg. Stunningly clean and brand new (Feb. 2023), spacy apartment. Great shower, very comfy and huge bed, quiet and soundproof room, easy check-in and very reasonably prices. You will not regret. Highly recommended!

Location and nice to have kitchen with equipment (pots and pans, cuttlery) and fan was fantastic to have in the room on the hottest day of the year.

Clean & Central do not sleep on the couch

Once everything was taken care of it was a relatively easy process however the booking and getting into the apartment was somehow complicated

I specifically asked about beds. I knew we would use the couch and going into the booking. The bed was fine. The couch was an absolute disaster it was broken ,uncomfortable and there were no bed liens for it. This was very unacceptable given we had paid for that. Given it was not ready was a breech of contract. I would stay in the flat if you're sleeping in the same bed but otherwise not Had it not been for the couch I would've given a higher rating
