Clean, comfortable, pretty house in a great location!

This is a wonderfully maintained, clean townhouse in a very central location. It was easy to get to (bus stop moments away), and very close to the end of the high street so plenty of shops, grocery, pharmacy, etc. We traveled as two couples with a child each and there was plenty of space. There was a very nice kitchen that we used to cook easy meals. Beds were adequate, and the living spaces comfortable. We'd absolutely stay here again.

A few more pillows as the ones there are very flat and sparse. There is a washing maching only, it does not wash AND dry. I asked the owner where they dryer was as it was indicated there was a dryer. The response was to use the towel warming bars. It worked in a pinch but not for much laundry. There was no line to hang clothes either. I hope they change the property description.

The dedicated parking spot nearby was very convenient, and the landlord’s prompt, detailed communication made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Flensburg and the surrounding area!

The townhouse has two very comfortable bathrooms, which was ideal for our needs. The top level with the two bedrooms doesn't have a bathroom, but our elderly parents managed the stairs easily. That said, for guests with mobility issues or for those who prefer to avoid stairs at night, this might be something to keep in mind.

Schönes und modernes Ferienhaus in top Lage.

-Super Lage in Innenstadtnähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch schnell erreichbar. - Sehr sauberes Haus mit sehr schöner und geschmackvoller Einrichtung. - Ein Babybett wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. - Parkplatz ist gut gelegen.

- Leider war die Unterkunft bei der Ankunft nicht geheizt. Es hat sehr lange gedauert, bis die Ferienwohnung warm wurde. - Schön wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel. - M.E. nicht für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet, weil die Treppen zu steil sind und kein Schutz vorhanden ist.

Nicht noch einmal, auch wenn Vermieter auf Beschwerde am ersten Tag Abhilfe angeboten hatte.

Die große des Objekts, die Ausstattung der Küche, die Dusche die sehr geräumig ist, die Ausstattung im allgemeinen.

Es fing schon unglücklich an man hat versucht die Gebühr für Handtücher und Bettwäsche uns doppelt abzunehmen was wir aber mit dem Vermieter vor der Anreise klären konnten. Der Geruch der uns beim Betreten des Objekts entgegen kam und uns die ersten drei Tage begleitete, es roch extrem nach Fisch oder irgendetwas undefinierbarem sehr ekelig, wir mussten dadurch immer erst einmal Lüften, und als wir dann die Töpfe, Pfannen und Arbeitsflächen gereinigt hatten wurde es besser. Viele Dinge waren in der Unterkunft nicht in Ordnung Steckdosen defekt (geht gar nicht wenn man auch an Familien mit Kindern vermietet), Ein Stuhl war so kaputt das meine Frau fast unkontrolliert herunter gefallen wäre, siehe Foto. Die Toilettenspülungsdrücker waren alle gebrochen und dreckig, siehe Foto. Sehr viele Türgriffe waren lose so das sie wackelten oder man hatte sie plötzlich in den Händen, die Fenster Scharniere waren alle locker und man konnte die Fenster nur schwer fixieren. Teilweise war auch an vielen Ecken Staub in der Wohnung und das bei so horrenden Endreinigungspreisen. Der Küchentisch bzw. die Platte war kaputt. Der Autoparkplatz ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, man muss eine schwere Schranke aufschieben und auch wieder schließen, der Parkplatz selber ist für große Autos eng und mit einem Gebüsch verwachsen so das man immer wieder die Äste aus der zu schließenden Tür entfernen muss, auch sind Spinnen dort anzutreffen was nicht jedem gefällt. Das Objekt selber ist eigentlich schön man sollte sich aber bewusst sein das es auf drei Etagen aufgeteilt ist was für ältere Menschen wie meine Mutter(85) nicht so praktisch war, weil man doch öfter hoch und runter gehen muss. Die Möbel sind aus dem mittleren Preissegment einer großen bekannten Möbelkette, die Möbel waren größtenteils in einem guten bis sehr guten Zustand.

et dejligt sted at være tæt på havnen og det hele. Pænt og rent og masser af inventar.

Stedet ligger så fint 5-10 min så er man oppe op torvet og bageren ligger lige over på den anden side af vejen.

Vi ikke kunne få stolpen op da vi skulle hjem så vi kunne pakke bilen så vi måtte slæbe vores bagage hen til enden af vejen.

Ein sehr stil-und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in zentraler Lage. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich für eine Auszeit wünschen kann. In 5-10 Minuten ist man am Hafen und im Stadtzentrum.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Die Bilder sind gut getroffen und zeigen dieses über 250 Jahre alte schöne Haus, welches geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Die enge Süderfischerstraße ist in diesem Teil nur durch Fußgänger zu durchqueren. Nebenan ist ein Kirchturm, der jede halbe Stunde von sich hören lässt. Der Stellplatz für's Auto ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Genau wie die Hafenspitze und die Fußgängerzone. Alles sehr zentral. Mit dem Auto nach Dänemark ist es ein Katzensprung. In Sønderborg ist man in einer guten halben Stunde. Die Betten sind bequem und haben gute Matratzen. Das WLAN ist nur in der Küche im EG nicht besonders, ansonsten in Ordnung. Der Router steht im 1.OG. Die Dusche ist ein Tanzpalast. Herrlich!! Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar einen Kaffeevollautomaten.

Wir waren hier, als es nachts noch Minusgrade gab und tagsüber nicht wärmer als 8 Grad wurde. Das Haus war bei Ankunft ausgekühlt, wurde aber schnell warm. Die Sauberkeit war nicht so, wie man es erwartet hätte. Das Thema haben wir mit dem Vermieter direkt angesprochen.
