Welcome to this lovingly restored townhouse in Flensburg’s eastern Old Town, the “Johannis-Viertel”: in a central yet quiet location, you can relax and enjoy 150 square meters spread over 3 floors, including a small rooftop terrace.
The townhouse can accommodate up to six people (plus toddlers in a travel crib). Every room features high-quality and tasteful furnishings. On the first floor, you’ll find the modern, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, two ovens, a glass-ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, electric coffee bean grinder, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster) and the dining area, as well as the spacious shower room with a washing machine, a shower with a built-in bench, and a hair dryer.
On the first floor is the spacious open-concept living area with two sofas, a cozy reading nook, a smart TV, and a Wi-Fi soundbar. A large dining table offers plenty of space for games and relaxation. A small room with a selection of books and a sofa, as well as a guest restroom, complete the floor. On the second floor, there are two cozy bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200 cm), each equipped with a Smart TV and a Bluetooth radio.
