About this apartment rental
Welcome to “Koje Marina”—your comfortable vacation rental in the heart of Flensburg. Spanning a generous 100 m² on the second floor, this stylish retreat accommodates up to 6 people—ideal for families, friends, or anyone who appreciates plenty of space and a special waterfront location.
The absolute highlight: its proximity to the harbor, which gives you that vacation feeling the moment you arrive. The fjord is only about 50 meters away—perfect for spontaneous walks along the water. The nearest beach is about 2 km away and easily accessible.
The apartment features a total of 4 rooms, including 3 separate bedrooms, and boasts a well-thought-out floor plan. The bright living area with a sofa nook invites you to relax, while the dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The enclosed kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher are included, as are a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a wide range of kitchen accessories—ideal for everyday use or social cooking evenings.
The bathroom features a combination shower and bathtub. Bedding, towels, and a starter kit are already included. For added convenience, a washing machine, dryer, iron, and other practical appliances are at your disposal.
You’re also well-equipped when it comes to technology: Wi-Fi and digital cable TV provide entertainment and flexibility. Privacy screens on all windows guarantee your privacy at all times.
The location is ideal, with short distances to everything and excellent infrastructure: Restaurants are practically right outside your door, and the McMelson Old English Pub is located on the first floor of the building. Shopping options are just a few minutes away. Public transportation is also easily accessible, so you can enjoy your stay without a car.
Whether you’re looking for relaxing days by the water, cultural explorations in Flensburg’s Old Town, or active outings by bike, on foot, or enjoying water sports—the surrounding area offers a wide range of possibilities.
Pets are welcome (max. 2), as are children and babies. Contactless check-in and check-out allow for flexible arrival and departure times.
The Koje Marina is the perfect choice for anyone looking to combine spaciousness, comfort, and a prime location right on the fjord.
Book your stay and enjoy Flensburg at its best.
