Grobes apt. Flensburg

Felt spacious. Only a couple of minutes walk from the town. Very clean.

Have to climb a few flights of stairs which is a little tricky with a lot of luggage and kids. Not a major problem for us however.

Eine tolle Möglichkeit um ein Wochenende mit Familie auszuspannen!

Ruhig gelegen und zugleich doch sehr zentral. Die Kontakte zum Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein späterer Check Out konnte auf Nachfrage unkompliziert realisiert werden. Bei Nachfragen per Message antworte der Vermieter sehr zeitnah. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet- es fehlt an nichts.

beligggende er super -vi har tidligere boet i Duburger strasse - perfekt til alting og i gå afsted.

Sehr schöne Altbau-Wohnung, beide Schlafzimmer haben einen kleinen Balkon, es ist ruhig und hell. Die Lage ist ganz zentral, man ist schnell zu Fuss in der Fussgängerzone oder am Wasser. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer schnell, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Unkompliziertes, gut organisiertes Einchecken, Vermieter war bei kleinen Problemchen jederzeit ansprschbar. Großes, komfortables Apartment, grds. sehr sauber (*) - mehr als komplett ausgestattet - mit vielen kleinen "'Extras', für einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Die zentrale Lage für 'Stadt...Bummler' ideal. Aber ... (*)

(*) ... das Bad ist relativ klein bemessen - gefühlt recht eng - und - auffällig schwarzer Fleck (Schimmel / Feuchtigkeit?) an der Decke, einige *schwarze* Flecken an den Fliesenfugen und der Silikondichtung in der Dusche :-( ... Nachttischbeleuchtung nur gedimmtes Licht möglich - zum Lesen ungeeignet (nur mit Deckenlampe) Diese kleinen Defizite trüben leider die sonst 100 %-ige Zufriedenheit

Super skønt ophold og kan klart anbefales til andre.

Pænt og rent. Tæt på centrum og man kan fint gå til gågaden/havnen. Gode store rum og perfekt størrelse til os på 2 voksne og 2 børn.

Vi var lidt udfordret på parkering. Vi læssede af i gaden ved lejligheden og holdte på parkeringspladsen ved havnen med EasyPark. Vær opmærksom på at sætte/have et skilt med EasyPark i ruden.

Diese Wohnung ist einfach toll. Eine schöne große Altbauwohnung in der man sich wie wie zu Hause fühlt. Wie sagte meine Frau so treffend: " Wenn jetzt noch unsere Katzen und unser Garten hier wären, dann ist es wie zu Hause, " Schöne zentral gelegen und man kann in alle Richtungen . Sehr gerne wieder.

Virkelig lækker lejlighed med en rigtig god placering.

En virkelig hyggelig og dejlig lejlighed, der rummer alt. Fuldudstyret køkken, gode senge, god placering og flot rengjort. Al kommunikation med Lars forløb nemt og hurtigt.

Lys og ren lejlighed tæt på gågaden. Der var alt hvad vi havde brug for. Venlig og hjælpsom vært. Nem ind og udtjekning. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Die geräumige und ruhige Wohnung liegt im 2.Stock eines Altbaus am Lübecker Nordertor. Wir konnten unseren PKW kostenfrei in der benachbarten Gartenstrasse parken. Hier, also ca 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung befindet sich auch ein Lidl. Die Flensburger Altstadt und das Hafengebiet mit den vielen Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants läßt sich wunderbar von der Wohnung aus zu Fuß erkunden. Der nette Gastgeber gibt u.a. hierzu auch vielerlei Tipps auf seiner Internetseite. Auch bieten sich Ausflüge ins benachbarte Glücksburg (Schloß und Strand) , nach Dänemark (Sonderburg, Graefenstein, Augustenburg) oder Schleswig und Husum etc etc an.
