Location awesome felt very safe and supported by host

Only negative the noise for two front bedrooms as bar hours went extremely into early hours of the morning

Unique style apartment relatively close to the Milano Centrale train station-about a 15-minute walk-and clean interior. There is also a supermarket across the road and many restaurants in the area to choose from.

It is quite noisy for those with sensitive hearing, as the tram tracks are nearby. The room with the bunk beds still gets quite warm despite the air conditioning being on 20 degrees throughout the apartment. Easy for people to peek in the window from the courtyard upstairs, which happened when someone parked their motorcycle upstairs. This should be covered to prevent people peeking in.

I think the accomodation was certainly quirky. We arrived early and were able to drop our bags and then came back at 3pm but the cleaner was still there and wanted us to wait further, even though we communicated that we would return at 3. We were able to enter but the floors were wet. The main problem is the apartment is in a cellar and the two small rooms are affected by the noise of the trams and the bar next door which is open until 3 am.One set of keys were kept at a local shop and another were in a secret location, we were sent videos after request as to the location and code not entirely clear

This apartment is on a main and in a good location when considering access to shops, public transport and train station. Collection and return of keys is vey simple and convenient.

Unfortunately this apartment is right next door to a club. Our experience on both of the nights we stayed was very loud music, singing by guests at the club and on one night a particularly large crowd of people shouting and talking outside our bedroom windows, this meant no sleep until around 2am. The owners are aware of the problem as they are trying to have the club closed and usually supply ear buds to help reduce the noise, however there were none available for our stay. Also, this apartment is an ex air raid shelter and located in a basement. We found it generally had a musty smell about it and the air-conditioning did not cool to the 20 degrees it was set at. I wouldn't recommend this apartment if you like peace and quiet.
