The rooms in the photo and in reality when booking are two different options.

Only if the location is close to the central railway station. That's all there is to it, unless you really need a place to stay overnight and have no other option.

The photo doesn't match reality, the room is uncomfortable, everything is worn out, the outlets are broken, the wires are sticking out, the shower and soap dispenser are broken, they steal bathroom accessories, and the staff themselves are unfriendly and don't help when you ask for a reservation. This is the first time I'm unhappy with the price-quality ratio, I don't recommend it.

The room was spacious .. with a balcony . Comfortable bed Location is decent though . Close to centrale.

Cigarettes left on balcony from previous guest . Bathroom had very little hot water . Luke warm at best . Was sufficiently clean. But should have a shower curtain i. The bath to prevent basically flooding the place Location is also incorrect on Google maps . Totally other side of the same block. Very loud doors in all the building .

Potential, room for improvement

The room had everything you needed. Nice big window with good light a desk and tv.

The cleaning hadn't been completed. There were no linens for me upon arrival. The hot water didn't work and I took a cold shower before heading out to work that afternoon. Check-in was pretty complicated for everyone staying at Appartme that day. Could be better structured.

An absolute nightmare from start to finish.

I would not recommend staying here. Even the worst hostel could be better than this, so please think carefully before booking. Firstly, it is very difficult to reach the landlord. They don’t speak English and insist on communicating through booking.com but then often don’t respond to messages. I lost count of how many calls and messages I made just to get the instructions to entrance. It was past 6 pm and there wasn’t even a single sheet on the bed—no sheets, no pillowcases, just an empty mattress. There was no blanket. There is no hot water! I can easily say it wasn’t even lukewarm. I couldn’t get the Wifi login details either and only got them after constantly messaging the booking.com contact. My stay here was nothing short of a nightmare. Honestly, it completely ruined my only day in Milan.

We only stayed one night to break up our train journey, so suited our purposes, but the check in could have been a whole

Location was great. The room was clean and a good size.

The shared bathroom wasn’t so clean. There was no hot water (apparently due to the weather). There were no instructions sent as to how to access the property and I had to phone the listed number and then the person (who didn’t speak great English) sent multiple emails with how to access the room, it would have been much easier if these details had been sent automatically.

If I could, I would give 0 stars for the disrespectful approach to the customer. From the very beginning, the owner showed a lack of class. It was difficult to communicate, find the address, when calling there he hung up. In the room it turned out that there was no kettle, which was supposed to be, no cup, glass, or some small fridge, no kitchen. The air conditioning did not work, there was no remote control. After the phone call, when the sister of a friend who knows Italian called him, it turned out that the remote control was on top of the wardrobe in the hallway and you have to reach for it standing on a chair (everyone there has a remote control, right...). During the entire stay, 2 nights, there was no hot water. I wrote several times, I was ignored, as were my questions about something, towels because we were given one each. The owner is a common liar, who promised to come check the water and did not show up, and only laughed into the receiver that there was no hot water. Other tenants were not happy either. Washing your hair in ice-cold water, no one wants to pay for it. There are no rugs or towels on the floor in the bathrooms, the floor is wet and you can slip when walking on someone else. You have to ask about everything, the wifi password is only available after writing on booking. There are no keys to the front door, you have to ring and someone opens, which means full control by the owner. We looked for the address for an hour, then difficult conversations on the phone, that we wanted to look for another place, because we lost 1.5 hours sitting by the block. Which already ruined our day

Keep away from this place

I organized to meet at the property at 16.00 but nobody came. I rang the number provided but they spoke not one word of English. The property is part of a 4 tower housing complex and there was no way to find the room. After one hour I gave up, I had a job to get to and couldn’t spend the whole afternoon trying to check in. I then booked into a hotel over the road. I have been traveling 35 years and never had an experience where I couldn’t end up staying in a place I had booked.

Беше мръсно, нямаше дистанционно за климатика и в по-студените дни няма с какво да се дозатопли стаята. Подовото работи на интервали от 3 часа и това не е достатъчно за да затопли стаята. В банята нямаше дори сапун за ръцете. Вратата към апартамента не се заключва, а само към отделните стаи. В стаята имаше само един телевизор. Няма чаши или нещо на което да си стоплиш вода дори за един чай да си направиш

Die Lage war okey

Der Check-in war sehr mühsam und unnötig kompliziert organisiert. Bereits der Start des Aufenthalts verlief daher alles andere als angenehm. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass das Zimmer über kein eigenes Badezimmer verfügte. In der Beschreibung wurde dies nicht klar erwähnt, was wir als irreführend empfunden haben. Stattdessen handelt es sich um eine Wohnung, die gleichzeitig an vier Parteien vermietet wird, mit gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bädern. Die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsbäder ist mehr als ungenügend und entspricht keinesfalls dem Standard, den man erwarten würde. Zudem ist die Unterkunft extrem ringhörig. Jedes Mal, wenn ein anderer Gast zur Toilette ging oder sich bewegte, wurde man im Bett wach. An erholsamen Schlaf war leider kaum zu denken. Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft nicht der Erwartung, die durch die Beschreibung geweckt wurde. Wir würden sie daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

El baño unicamente cuenta con papel de vater y una toalla en la habitacion, del resto de accesorios no hay. Las instrucciones para entrar me las dieron por e-mail 5 minutos antes de la hora que puse para el checkin, hay que estar mirandolo para enterarte. La almohada era extremadamente gorda.

Nada. Roban el dinero Llegamos y no había sábanas, ya no era que no hubiera sábanas limpias, es q no había! Ni toallas, ni hervidor (existía, pero no funcionaba de la cal y que estaba todo el fondo quemado), ni calefacción, ni nada de lo que indican. Cristales churreteados Habitación asquerosa, sucia, baño con caca sin tirar de la cisterna, el colchón pelado y con manchurrones amarillos y con migas de a saber qué... Llamamos al alojamiento y dice que vendrá a resolverlo en media hora (de maneras groseras y colgandome sin terminar de hablar). Aparece a más de dos horas un "señor" completamente borracho, que no podía ni gesticular palabra, oliendo a alcohol y sudor mugroso igual que la habitación, con una bolsa de Ikea supuestamente con sabanas y toallas recién compradas, todas revueltas, (tampoco es que tuviesen mucha pinta de que estuviesen limpias) Le intentamos explicar y su respuesta es que la suciedad con las sábanas se cubre. Las imágenes serán del primer día que se instalaría ya que no cumple para nada con la realidad.

No había nada que pueda gustar a nadie ahí, ni siquiera a una persona indigente (con todo mi respeto). La app no me deja subir más fotos para que podáis apreciar realmente lo que era.

Todo fenomenal, ubicación, comunicación con el anfitrión, Entrada, habitación de buen tamaño y limpias, súper cómodo, la verdad repetiría, lo único incómodo fueron unas pequeñas manchas de sangre en el lavamanos, del resto todo perfecto.

Zimmer Nummer 2 war sehr schmutzig. Die Wände waren feucht, überall lag Staub, die Vorhänge waren schmutzig, die Tür ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen und das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe: schmutzig, kaputt und voller Haare. Nachts versuchten sie, in unser Zimmer einzubrechen. Ich war mit meiner Frau und meinen beiden Kindern dort. Ich konnte nicht mehr schlafen.

Buen alojamiento pero mala comunicación

La calidad del alojamiento no estaba mal, y la ubicación respecto a la estación central es muy buena.

La comunicación con el anfitrión no fue la más apropiada. Comuniqué mi hora de llegada y aún así al llegar seguía sin las indicaciones pertinentes para llegar y acceder al alojamiento, sin obtener respuesta a mis mensajes o preguntas previas. El registro y el acceso era de manera digital, con lo que nadie tenía que presentarse allí presencialmente como para no cumplir con las horas acordadas o una explicación antes de la llegada y poder organizar el viaje.

Elegimos este alojamiento por su cercanía con la estación central.

La peor experiencia que tuve en un alojamiento. Soy una persona de viajar MUCHO. Esta vez viajamos tres. Eran dos camas matrimoniales, la habitación olía muy mal apenas llegamos. Y el departamento huele a humedad. Es un piso con 4 dormitorios y dos baños. Las duchas fatales. Un baño no tiene ni cortina se va toda el agua y el otro tiene la ducha que sale tres gotas de agua y encima tiene roto para que quede quieta la alcachofa. Te tienes que lavar el cabello con una mano . El papel de baño , había solo un rollo manchado con sangre. Las “toallas y las sábanas “ que te dan para que utilices, tienen más años que todo Milan . Incluso una era robada de un hotel. Los colchones son un solo hueco en el medio. Imposible dormir, realmente están en muy mal estado, estuvimos los dos días con dolor de cabeza. La habitación no tiene ni un hervidor eléctrico para un té. Ni un vaso. Cero hospitalidad. Realmente no lo recomiendo. Para dormir en MILÁN que ya hace frío por la noche solo te dejan esa mantita. Si vas ve con pijama bien abrigado .

SCONSIGLIATO!!!Camera e bagno sporchi e quasi 3 giorni senza acqua calda, bidet otturato, bagno in comune senza chiave, biancheria sporca, il gestore non rispondeva quasi mai ma solo dopo l'intervento di booking. Improponibile ..le foto pubblicizzate non corrispondono.

Sprovvisto di tappetino e tenda doccia intorno alla vasca da bagno. Segnalato al proprietario ma nessuno supporto fornito. Non è un b&b all'altezza della piattaforma booking.com.

Quarto espaçoso e próximo da estação central. Queríamos o básico, cama e banheiro.

Chuveiros quebrados com água gelada, fizemos a reclamação com o proprietário e ele disponibilizou chaleiras elétricas. Achei total falta de respeito com os hóspedes não ter o básico, não ter a devida manutenção. E pelas opiniões anteriores, não fomos os primeiros a passar por isso. É um problema recorrente.

No había agua caliente, se lo comenté a la persona responsable y paso de mi. Al preguntarle por la forma de entrar y salir del apartamento contesto de malas maneras. No hay una cocina ni ningún tipo de electrodoméstico.

Я давно не попадала в такие условия. Очень грязно, полотенца с дырами. Телевизор вообще в таких пятнах что было страшно к нему прикасаться. Воды горячей нету, от слова совсем, мылись в ледяной, а я была с ребенком. Плюс еще попросили оставить наличкой 6 евро на столе налог, но какой еще налог если я оплатила голам в приложении booking? Мы бежали утром оттуда сломя голову.

Buena ubicación

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación central del metro, supermercado justo afuera del apartamento

La cama adicional fue lo único que no estuvo bien pues solo es un colchón de espuma donde se siente la estructura metálica de la cama y realmente no se puede dormir ahí, tuve que bajar el colchón al piso para poder descansar, además creo que fué error mío no revisar que el sitio no cuenta con cocina, de resto todo muy bien.

Очень хорошее расположение, реально 7 минут до центрального вокзала. В доме есть супермаркет. Рядом станция метро и трамвая. Было достаточно чисто и удобные кровати.

Было очень жарко, это были первые дни июня. Просто ад, ты горишь. Кондиционер за деньги. Это уже свинство. В такую жару. В объекте нет кухни и даже не было чайника, как заявлено в описании, даже заварить еду и чай невозможно. Чайники были в шкафу в коридоре и все поломанные. Это пожалуй самые два минуса главные. Ну и нет воды горячей, как и писали ранее в отзывах. У меня все люди спрашивали про воду, как будто я там работаю. Никто не знает Английский. Тяжело разобраться в нахождении квартиры.
