Nice stay in Milan, perfect location

Nice appartment, airconditioning was working well. Location is very good, near metro station. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Some things missing in the kitchen, like scissors, wine glasses.

No instructions for tv etc, boiler was switched off, not enough basic supplies for money paid, charged to wash bed linen having spent 900 euros bit of a cheek despite being told one figure for tax tried to charge more. Door locking/unlocking overly complicated just basic key would do

Exceptional

The locations is great, you can walk to Duomo in 30 minutes and while you are doing that you will see beautiful streets of Milan and some churches. The house itself is very clean and comfortable for big group (6 people), Sonora Grazia is the sweetest person ever. Rooms are very big and it gives you freedom to do anything you want

I would have no problem returning to the accommodation and it is excellent for a short stay.

The accommodation was in an excellent location, everything was accessible on foot, restaurants and shops very close and a very quiet place.

The sleeping area of the folding sofa had its best years behind it. Beds softer but ok.

Great location but not the best night of sleep

The location is great, about 23-minute walk from the central station and in a nice neighbourhood with lots of options for food (including vegan options!) and with a park nearby. The apartment was spacious for a group of four and the staff was helpful and available to accommodate our needs.

The check-in could be improved as we were asked to arrive at 3:00pm but the cleaning staff was still there until 3:50pm so we didn’t really have the space for ourselves until then. But the major concern for our was the lack of comfort of the single beds - they were really noisy even if we tried to move as little as possible. Result: we kept waking each other up all night long!

Basic shelter for short stay.

Freshly but scarce renovated flat in good location. Supermarket right in the basement. Close to metro and shopping area.

Wardrobes without doors, cheap and soft mattress that barely fits the bed. Oven is broken and microwave is missing. Only one key available. Scarce kitchen staff, no spare garbage bags. No electricity that fits hairdryer in the bathroom, although no mirror in the hallway where the electricity is. There is a washing machine, but no detergent.

with this rate I should’ve booked somewhere with better service

1. this is the first time that I meet this kind of service. so I supposed the check in at 1pm but then the guy asked me check in 1:30 pm cos he’s late. I’m okay with that but then my flight got delayed and I’m late for only 10 or 15mn but he’s seem not happy about that and rushing us to come and check in cos he has no time to wait and need to move to other place. 2. after check out their housekeeper couldn’t find the AC remote and their team keep calling and texting me to ask about that and always asking me to pay if it lose. the thing what’s the point for us to take it? they haven’t double checked everything clearly before they pushing and asking me where is it overall, the problem is not that big but I don’t like how they communicate with me. not politely

The bed in one room was broken. No air condition was in the apartment. It was very hot there and the guests didn’t feel well. We will not stay there again and are happy that we were there just one night.

Great location near the metro, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket about 1 minutes walk away if you cut through the car park. Apartment is very big and comfy, friendly and helpful host who lives in the same block.

Superb

The apartment is located very close (3-4 min) to the subway or tram station and 20 minutes walk from the city center. The area is quiet. The location is very clean, the furniture is new (from IKEA) and you benefit from the facilities necessary for a quiet stay. Nearby there is a supermarket and terraces where you can dine in the evening. The host was very nice and responded favorably to all our requests.

The apartment does not have air conditioning, and in Milan it was a very hot period (35-36 degrees), which made the apartment 29 degrees, even if the host provided us with fans.
